Up close and personal Jehovah's Witnesses can be wolves in sheep's clothing. Think about this-When the devil comes knocking on your door he may not have the 'dark goth look'.They could be smartly dressed and wielding the Christian Bible. I have Jehovah's Witnesses family in the USA who practice the Watchtower JW enforced ritual shunning that i have not seen or heard from in 15 years. The central core dogma of the Watchtower is Jesus second coming (invisibly) in 1914 and is a lie.Jehovah's Witnesses are a spin-off of the man made Millerite movement of 1840. A destructive cult of false teachings, that frequently result in spiritual and psychological abuse, as well as needless deaths (bogus blood transfusion ban). Yes,you can 'check out anytime you want but you can never leave',because they can and will hold your family hostage. The world has the Internet now,and there are tens of thousands of pages up from disgruntled ex-Jehovah's Witnesses like myself who have been abused by the Watchtower cult. 1914 date is from the Millerite/adventist movement of 1844 *Kingdom message* aka Gospel of the Watchtower is that Jesus had his second coming (enthronement in heavenly power) in the year 1914 This is a false teaching and everything connected with it.... ergo the 1918 *sealing of the remnant* is bogus too. Gal 1:8 "whoever preaches a DIFFERENT version of the Gospel let him be accursed" The Watchtower admits and has so stated and published in hundreds of millions of pieces of literature that their Gospel IS different,in fact in this they differ from all the other churches by their own proclamation. The reason the Watchtower came into existence was to *herald Christ Kingdom in 1914* this is a false doctrine of demons.

It is very obvious, by your stupid remarks that you know nothing of the Bible! Yes I am talking to you Danny H. You are an Apostate and that is all you are! How can you call yourself and ex-Witness? If you studied your Bible correctly you would understand what many people in this world have realized. This is why God has not called you (John 6:44) You will be one of those that Jehovah will make sure you know and understand your mistake on turning against him! DONT PRETEND TO KNOW SOMETHING THAT YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT!!!!!

A threat is "I'm going to hurt you if you don't stop". When did I do that? But hey, think what you want! You do need to get your info correct. Um...should I remind you about all of the absolutely INCORRECT doctrines that the WTS has served at its "spiritual table" over the years? All of the "old light" that has now been trashcanned in favor of the "correct" (for the moment) "new light?" Come on, Joe, be honest for once, okay? YOU cannot comprehend what God wrote in his Bible, either. All YOU do is read Watchtower publications and swallow what the boyz in writing tell you to believe. THEY give you THEIR interpretations and YOU accept that as "truth." Their interpretations are best guesses, just like everyone else's. Just because you believe what they tell you is true, doesn't make it so. Come back in twenty years or so and blather on about the "SOON!!" everything the JWs teach will come to pass. I would suggest, however, that you do set up a 401K and make plans for your retirement...you'll need this fallback plan when the Society changes tracks once again and you find yourself facing what all humans eventually have to face....namely, ceasing to exist personally...no happily crunching over the bones of apostates as you heft your basket of grostesquely large fruit while you gambol off to your mansion in the New System.

Ooh, booga booga! LOL! Hey, we former JW’s here, are all very familiar with those stale old empty Watchtower threats. Hell, we were weaned on em’. And it doesn’t matter who states them, you or some other JW wanna be putz. That’s how the Watchtower Society keeps JW’s like you in line (even if you are one, that is). It’s the whole Watchtower agenda to threaten the rank and file JW that if he were to leave the organization its tantamount to committing suicide if and when Armageddon were to come and you happened to be apostate, as you say. Its just that I have become so desensitize to that kind of BS, that it made me think to ask if anyone here on the forum actually even remembers ever reacting to those old ‘tapes’. Oh sure, I guess I did when I was a kid (ala the 1975 fiasco), but I grew out of it. Sure, you were being threatening Joe. The hatred flows off your fingers and right into old the keyboard there. We all here see that, except you that is. Come on, its ok to admit it. It felt good, didn’t it? Sure it did. Its ok man, no one gives a damn anyway about your little tirade. Red, there used to be several private JW forums around. Of course, you would have to be VERY careful about what you posted because if it was not strictly according to the WTS party line, you would be immediately deleted and banned with nary a backward glance. Unfortunately, the WTS has requested that these sites be shut down as soon as they discover them, since they really don't like the idea of JWs discussing things anonymously. Then there are those that simply die from ennui. After all, how many threads can one endure about the color of your toilet seat (real thread that I've seen) or what the latest publication is, or how many people attended your local assembly. I think, too, that JWs are merely, in a sense, reaping what they've sown. After all, haven't YOU spent years hounding people at the doors no matter where they go? AND, JWs show up uninvited and at awkward times. When JWs come to open debate forums that are clearly set up to discuss the pros and cons of the JW beliefs, they at least have a choice in the matter--unlike the poor householders who are trapped in their own homes and pestered periodically by JW literature distributors. Tell you what, RED....start a thread here about the color of your toilet seat, or, perhaps, what kinds of liquor you have in your liquor cabinet (that one also seemed to be fairly popular with JWs) and I can just about guarantee that no one will interfere with your little JW gabfest. There’s no battles there, no controversy, no challenging you, no growth or personal development, which comes from having your thought processes checked by how others see the world. Just people worshipping the WBTS and suckin’ on the tit. I’ve visited a few of these websites and if that’s what you want, there’s plenty to choose from. So, if that’s what you want, then why stay here? Could it be you like a fight? I’ve read a few of your posts. You won’t have that kinda fun over there. Just,“Oh, how I love the WBTS! Oh how I love it so!”, is what you can you look forward to. That wouldn’t be much fun, now would it? Yea, you’re gonna keep coming back here for more and more, cuz you’re addicted to defending your cherished WBTS. Hey that’s ok, cuz ya know what? It would get pretty boring here without you. Cuz I enjoy a good fight too! Very often, where two opposing ideas collide, is where the sparks of truth can be found. Something to think about, eh?

Well, yes, Steve, it IS a good visual. However, I can just see all of the good JW lurkers clucking their disapproval over the gross "filth" that is being spewed by ex-JWs. Tit, indeed!! NO "good" Christian JW would EVER, EVER use such a horrible, offensive expression!!!(just to clarify for those JW lurkers, this post is said very much tongue-in-cheek...and, no, that is NOT a euphemism for anything illicit.)
