Townhouse Restaurant Still Selling Beer & Wine in Bonifay

A restaurant has become the latest topic of controversy in Bonifay for selling beer and wine to customers.

The problem with the townhouse isn't the alcohol. They had lots of customers before this, but what they did was fired their best help and their customers did'nt like it, so they left and went to the Holliday resturant for their breakfast and other meals.

I wish that Zack's from Slocomb would come to Bonifay and open up a resturant. Now that is good food. They don't have to serve beer or wine to get cutomer's.If you have eaten there then you know what I am talking about.

Hutch's Oyster Bar in chipley has some good food. They have a fish sandwich that is right on time. It's not like fast food sandwich its the real stuff. The fish is so big it hangs off the bun. There shrimp is good too. They cook it fresh as you order it. Just go by and try it.

Townhouse is nasty. They have roaches there and don't keep anything clean. We stopped going there when the new people took over. I think there names are Kelsey and Buck. I don't know anyway the last time I went there a girl named Elisha Harcus served us and not only was the food nasty, but so was she. She was dirty and looked like she hadn't had a bath. I will not go there again until we get some new owners in there. As for the alcohol, I don't think it's such a bad idea but it doesn't make the food ANY better.

I could care less if they lost all customers. I heard they contacted the ACLU. Anybody !, that includes the gays in PDL and the folks who said the County Commission was taking their property can kiss my grits. You folks in Bonifay and out in the County will be paying taxes so the ACLU will repersent these people. This includes me! I'm tired of paying taxes for ACLU's legal advice for someone sueing the City or County. Wise up!

I agree with tellthe truth. The aclu is nothing but bad business. I don't understnad why you just can't hire an attorney if you feel the county is in the a wrong. Why use those demons with the aclu? Plus, this posst is about the restaurant. I also agree. The food is less than desirable, the service is bad, and the prices are a little high. Fix those problems and you will get some customers.
