One of the people who provided information to the policeto aid in the arrests is a man by the name of Nick Panarese. Maybe he is one that is already in trouble and trying to clear his record up some? Maybe just a concerned citizen? I did not see this name along with the rest on the arrest list in the paper? Who is this mystery man?

He's a piece of shit, that's been in trouble most of his life. He was looking at 5 years in prison about a year ago and ended up serving just a few months. I wouldn't believe a word that comes out of his mouth!

If he only ended up serving short time, its probly because he gave the police information to aid them in this "spring sweep"? im sure there were other informants, lots of arrests. sure as the sun rises in the am though, nick helped the police with this drug bust. sounds like, in return, he bought his freedom a little ahead of time. must be someone believed his lies? many arrests were made from statements he made. if i was one of the people he snitched on, i would use nicks dishonest past to clear up any false statements against me .

So the cats out of the bag, it is me that snitched. And I didn't get any deal out of the whole "spring sweep" either, only that my crime was reduced from a violent to non violent felony. My actual sentence was a 2 1/2 to 5, I did not get sentenced to Willard as you all think. I was lucky to be sent there. That's something that the prison decides, and that decision was based on the fact that I am a drug addict. I will be in court on the 3rd to testify, you can bring my 'dishonest past' all you want, but you did what you did, I did not lie, the police and DA have the records of everything and were there watching me enter and exit your houses. I was searched before and after. If you were smart you would just take the pleas you are being offered because when I testify I'm not holding back, and you will get prison time. Especially being dumb enough to go to trial knowing that there is enough evidence against you to get a conviction. The DA is out to make an example out of you for taking it to trial. I know for a fact that if you go to trial you are going to go to prison. No ifs ands or buts about it your going to prison. I know how much time each of you are going to be sentenced to .You are not innocent, as you claim to be. You are definitely not a victim as you claim to be. Straight up, you sold me drugs and got caught. The difference between me and you is when I fucked up and did my crime I turned myself in and had complete remorse for what I had done. There was no evidence against me at all. I felt horrible about what I did and who I was becoming as a person so I turned myself in. You know you did what you did so why take it to trial ? Do you really think that my dishonest past is going to help you in court. I didn't lie about anything to do with this case and will still be honest when I testify .My dishonest past has nothing to do with the fact that you sold me drugs.

this can not really be him simply because if he was gonna testify in court he knows he can not speak about it let alone on a public forum. And besides you people have no idea who are all snitches in this town why because you usually take a plea so they don't have to come out to you. There are a few who were arrested that have worked for the police before, the hopes were they would do it again, some did. If everyone took it to trial you would get to see who the real snitches are. All I can say is snitch away let's get these druggies out of our town!

Nobody including doctors, lawyers, judges, the manger at your local bank or McDonald , wakes up and says to them selfs and I thinking I'm going to be a addict.it all starts with that simple visit to the er with a sprained wrist. That doctor gives you a pain pill for the pain.you then think wow this feels good, when those pills are gone you want that feeling of wow this feels good back and with that feels good feeling you also forgot about a lot of those bad feeling your girlfriend or boyfriend giveing you. After that those pills no longer work as well you get a stronger pill till there isn't a pill strong enough. That whe heroin comes in.by this point your body won't let you go two or three days with out that oh so good feeling.and its to late to just stop.point is nobody wakes up to say I want to be a addict.

The other issue we here at INTERPOL are facing now is the acquisation of nick Panarese now being the individual currently selling drugs. We have reports from the Hutchins family that the recently deceased, William Hutchins had purchased drugs from nick sometime before his time of death. The cause of death, reported as accidental overdose, has been confirmed to have been by the use of this drug that had been previously purchased from Nick Panarese. We have few eye witnesses but so far all statements match up. Once nick is done with his current testimony and we are in no further need of his services, we can attest and apprehend nick on these new charges of some degree of homicide. With the proper evidence on our end, once convicted of these charges, and his previous, nick may face a lifetime sentence.
