I think Mr. Hall should remember that Boston Beer isn't owned by SAB Miller, just contracts out to. That is not the same as being "partially owned" as his Goose Island company is. Don't scoff at the Sam Adams!

Goose Island should take over the old Schoenhofen Brewery at 18th Street and Canalport Ave on the Southside.

Great old building and the area is probably similiar to the Goose Island area in the 70s and 80s.
