We finially got rid of CRAPELLINI in Deerfield. This guy was a complete loser. CRAPELLINI, Gwynn Clarke-Reid, Trinchi, and yes Peggy Noland was responsible for letting Larry R. Deetjen a racist pig run wild. Deetjen was untouchable, and that's why it was so hard to get rid of that pig (Deetjen). We taxpayers here in Deerfield hope this new commission will look long at hard at the Department Heads who do absolutely nothing and is making 90 k to 135k. These incompetent directors and managers show go ! Finally new commissioners/Mayor, you always trim a tree from the top, not the bottom. If NONE of you new commissioners or new Mayor Noland will listen and trim the fat, we will vote each of you out of office in 4 years. That's a promise !

Tony is right. Carl F. Peter, Jack Disher, Marva J. Gordon, and Jimmy Graham should all be fired. These clowns all should go. All of you ! Also commissioners if you really care about trimming the fat why don't the new commission look at all of the high level employee's who are being paid above thier normal pay range? The last figure was 175 k plus a 4% C.O.L.A.(cost of living) that will keep going up. How about putting all of them back at their normal pay range or pay ALL of the employee's above their normal pay range. Do what is right or we will vote all of you out come next election. The time to do what's right is now. TRIM THE FAT !

Congratulations to Noland, Ganz, Popelsky, and Miller. Now use you heads and hearts and get this city on track. You all need to work together and at the same time be independent thinkers. Wipe the slate clean and hold no grudges.
Say "no" to Eller and "yes" to small businesses and the honest citizens.
Good Luck

Great election results! Deerfield is starting to head in the right direction and the voters made it happen! Good start with clarifying ethics. Next, get rid of the management waste: Jack Disher, Marva Gordon and vince Kendrick. Disher should have gone a long time ago! Gordon and Vince Kendrick lied about a full time summer recreation employee last year that was overpaid and severly under qualified (Mr. Jones). Cut these people loose!!

Noland said, "I had campaigned 59 days and could not disappoint my supporters, so I put it on the back burner. On Wednesday we'll deal with what we have to deal with."

Back burner Peggy. As she said her first item will be to discuss ethics for the commission. Does campaign sign stealing and destruction qualify for ethics? What will happen Wednesday Peggy?

Why is Noland's kid and his cronies not jailed for stealing signs? He is a firefighter in Deerfield? More corruption. It never ends.

The way you vote in an election is simple. Whoever the fire department and other unions endorse, you vote for the other candidates. We are now paying more for retirees for the city than active workers. Let them go on a 401k and see how they like it. Where else can you find a job like that.

Peggy Noland should forfeit the election. Tommy Noland should be fired. All firefighter contracts should to to ballot and let the people decide what they are worth. They are walking out with 90-100000 pensions. Nepotism must be banned in the cities. To the peopleof Deerfield Beach who voted for Miller and Noland. Good move! Your taxes just went up again. Here comes the DROP program for the firefighters and God knows what else.

What is wrong with the voters in Deerfield Beach? Noland was thrown out of office when she was last in office. Her son gets arrested for stealing signs. She votes for her family's firefighting benefits. And the voters vote her in to replace the last mayor who got thrown out by the governor. Hey, Deerfield voters...no wonder you're the laughing stock of a dubious county...why didn't you take this opportunity to vote for someone legitimate for mayor? You got what you asked for again...fools!

Hey Peggy, Let's build a new McMansion fire house so we can attract quality firefighters. While you are at it how about another raise for fire fighters and drop and etc.
Why try to be a doctor, you will net more as a firefighter. A tax revolt is coming, God willing.

Honestly, development needs to take place in Deerfield. The beachfront is extremely pathetic and needs to be gentrified.
