I have nothing but contempt for Mr. Sutherland and his fellow
wolf killers. This wolf hunt was a poorly disguised testosterone
high for people to get their "once in a lifetime" event of man over
nature. It is sickening and this poor animal did nothing to
this man but exist-but somehow "Wolfie" had to go. Now she
is destined to spend her death as a living room ornament so Tom
can relive his kill. For someone who spends time teaching
ethics in classrooms, I fail to get how Tom makes the connection. There is nothing close
to ethics involved in killing a living being but the self delusion he must be using is repugnant. Let us at least be honest.
Tom Sutherland gets off killing animals. Call it what it is.

I think that killing any animal for display purposes is both unethical and disgusting!

I am completely against these wolf hunts. They are barbaric. There is no justifiable reason for it. It is not for conservation. It would be nice if people would just admit that they love killing animals, rather than trying to rationalize it. This is a bloodsport.

I agree! If you're not intending to eat the animal you shouldn't take it's life. Unless it's going to eat you! I don't think I've ever heard of a wolf eating somebody... maybe if that person was injured, alone and unarmed I guess. I don't disagree with hunting, in fact I hunt, but to kill an animal for sport or display is disrespectful to that animals' life.

Sometimes I'm ashamed to be a man if Tom S is the definition of one. What is it with these barbarians? Too much Conan the Barbarian maybe.
