I'll reply to this once and let it go. There was no election fraud in Minnesota. I made a posting on another thread about those being prosecuted for illegally voting, but there is no evidence of anyone on either side encouraging anyone to commit voting fraud. Mr. Coleman had his day in court (many days actually) and never even tried to bring up voter fraud because there wasn't any evidence of it.
I also said previously that I would like to see one person who didn't vote for Norm Coleman who is convinced that the election was stolen from Mr. Coleman. This is blind partisanship at its worst--people don't see reality when it slaps them in the face.
Minnesota runs clean, fair and scandal-free elections. Ritchie did a fine job with the recount and the guy who got the most votes is a Senator in Washington DC.
No voter fraud, that is why they are persecuting people in MN for it as we type?!

Mark Ritchie handed the US Senate recount horribly. Franken's team caught EVERY break... hmm... coincidence that Ritchie's a DFL'er? Nope. Dan Severson will restore integrity to the office of SoS, and more importantly, restore integrity to our election process in Minnesota.

Franken caught "every break" because his team had state law and the most votes on their side. For tresa's comment above, I believe the word is "prosecuted". 47 out of 665,000 is an extremely small number. Extrapolated to the whole state, that number is still only 230 or so.

A Quote that I think is very important as far as getting the true results to an election and not be fudged into believing that voter fraud doesnt happen, its a disgrace that some people do this with there privilage to vote.

A conservative I can trust to establish truth in voter registration — Barb Black

Conservitive to me is more black and white, liberal is got a lot more of the gray areas... and I am a little of both depending on what areas the issues is involved with.

Minnesota has horrible voter fraud problems! Felons who voted illegally are being prosecuted almost daily. MN's bizarre "vouching" permits thousands of fraudulent voters with no records kept. 70% of military votes not counted. Ritchie is the worst SoS ever.

During the 2008 elections there were more votes than voters in several precincts. This alone lead to huge mistrust with Mark Ritchie. Jual Carlson is unknown.

Dan Severson is a Republican legislator trying to bring partisanship into the Secretary of State's office ... a bad idea.
Yeah -- I hear Brooklyn is putting a bridge up for sale. Anyone who says we don't need to ID people coming to the polls is promoting voter fraud. The idea is not that every vote should count -- it is every legal vote should count. Explain again why there were so many more ballots in that Senate election than the was accounted for on election night????

It would be great to get someone into office with some new ideas on how to improve our voting system. Same day registration allowing a friend to vouch for you is an example of an area of a weekness that needs to be addressed. It sounds like Dan will address this and many other issues in the Minnesota voting system.

Mark did a really good job of letting convicted felons and dead people vote and throwing away ballots from our deployed servicemen. Time for a change.
