National Incident Management Courses for elected officials, I understand that this course is mandatory for council members and mayors. Did Mouton complete his National Incident Management Courses as a City Councilman? If not, I wonder why he didn't do what was mandatory?

This would be a good question to ask him Wednesday night. I wonder what excuse he will give if he failed to take the course as a sitting councilman? HMMMM The city has no record of him taking the mandatory course.

YOU MAY NOT ASK QUESTIONS ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT. You will sit quietly, hands crossed on your lap, and pay attention to the carefully planned presentation. Only pre-prepared questions will be presented to the candidates.

Safety is the first priority of every family. I will not compromise on this issue. If our elected officials can't take the time to complete the course, they do not deserve to have my vote or serve. That simple. No compromise!

Between 6 and 6:30 the candidates will be mingling with audience. The question could be asked then.
