I can't believe your vitriolic comments about those that live in Deer Park. We wouldn't want you living here.I do not live in Deer Park and, frankly, if this is how you treat your fellow citizens, I really do not want to. I cannot believe the vitrolic comments about a person that has not been adjuicated guilty.
I have money in this credit union. I have learned to check our statements very carefully. Mistakes can and have been made within the last year.
It's obvious that this was more than a "mistake" and the DA is pressing charges, as there must be significant evidence, after many months of investigation to file felony charges against this individual. While it is proposed that one is supposedly innocent until proven guilty, this isn't just a couple of individuals pointing accusing fingers at each other... believe it or not, if someone is caught red-handed during a bank hold-up, or any other similar scenario, the guilt may be obvious and the court proceedings are little more than a formality. The sad part is that sometimes those crooks do get off, due to a good lawyer playing upon technicalities of the law, although they may be undeniably guilty of the actual crime.
Considering there have already been a couple on this forum, proclaiming to be friends of the accused, they have also insinuated that this individual did the deed in which they are accused... the bad thing is they also used their name. That's not good for the defense.
