CVS seems to have problems with their employee training.... I was picking up a prescription there last week and the girl was instructing the lady (in front of me) how to apply the cream to the rash area... The lady was clearly humiliated to have this girl discuss her private matters in front of a line of waiting people.
Today a friend called me to tell me that he heard that CVS in Deer Park was audited this past week and that they failed their audit... Among other problems found was the drive-thru window (to the pharmacy) being left unlocked after hey close...... Do we not have enough drugs in Deer Park without CVS leaving then for anyone to come and take them? How does my friend know you ask???? He overheard two CVS employees talking by the photo counter.

And I suppose someone is going to climb through the pharmacy slide draw. Your beginning to sound like the "Deer Park Town Crier". Grow up and stop the rumors.

I thought they were 24 hours? I can see why they might fail an audit, they appear to have very few employees. something must give when helpbis so low

Dear "CVS Employee" .... If you fail your own audit, maybe you should ....
1- improve your job performance
2- quit talking about your store's failures in front of the customers
3- look for a job you're better suited for (DP City Council?)
4- 1 + 2 + 3
Best of luck to you in your career move!

This thread really needs DPTX to jump all over this gossipy hearsay. You know, except for the weak potshot at city council.

I have much better service and reliability at CVS than Walgreen's. All business especially get audited occasionally!

@ Hez: Im sure you mis 'ol DPTX. Heck, nobody ha beencalled a dimwit or had thei sexual orientation questioned in weeks. Janitors and toilet cleaners have not been insulted... I miss good old DPTX also. @ Native Tex: All business do get audited from time to time. That's just good business. Sometimes people inthose businesses do make mistakes and fail those audits....But when they fail to keep these failures confidential, bu holding open conversations in front of the customers, they are doing their employers a disservice. When they discuss private health matters with their customers in front of other customers, without concern for privacy, then they are in the wrong. I like Walgreens and shop at both Walgreens and CVS. They're both OK.

I don't post here much, but read it sometimes. DPTX probably had enough of the idiots on here. I can't believe he put up with them as long as he did. He was one of the few that ever made any sense.
