So, why do we need bus stop signs, when we don't have bus service? Is this a hint of what they are planning, although they haven't declared an approval for the bus services that were proposed?

I kinda got that... in the second message. It was the tone of the first one, with the typical insults, that seemed to lend itself to misinterpretation... especially when he was of those, in the past, who chided me for my choice of words and implications of others.

Perhaps if he put more effort into making his point, rather than trying to figure out how to throw in some insidious remarks, folks might understand what he's trying to say.
