What's your problem, Bill? You cry when the illegals vote for Obama. And now you cry when we want to make all these Democratic votes legal.

There's no pleasing some people.

Breaking the law is an illegal act. Why do we act like it isn't? As a "Country of Laws", selective enforcement is unacceptable. When this issue comes up, I hope you will all excercise the right to voice your opinion LOUD & CLEAR, since so many have shed their blood for you to be able to do it.
With so many millions allowed to come here legally, there is NO reason for all these illegals to be sapping our country dry.
Lawmakers making excuses for lawbreaking is totally PATHETIC.

Well, we might as well... we've probably already been supporting him. At least, now he's getting supported LEGALLY! LOL

Of course, I think he should be set on fire (without the gasoline, as that would make death too quick for him).

I like the instant sentencing China used to do. You get convicted they take you out back and you get free brass justice. A bullet is a lot cheaper than the millions we spend on these lowlife trash bags.

If they forget about using the gas, I'll buy the matches! They can strike them one at a time and stick'em to him, until he's finally a charred chunk of coal.

However, I don't think it's as cruel as setting fire to an 80+year old woman. Then again, I do believe in returning 3-fold justice. If we weren't so lenient on these hideous monsters, a few of them might think twice before handing out their own cruel punishment upon their victims.

GASBAG! READ!!
The A-hole has already been tried, DipSh*t!

The sentence does not fit the hideous crime.

He should be put to death.

The comments above are only considered to be a more fitting punishment, considering the actions of this sorry son-of-a-bitch. Then again, perhaps he's your brother... or father... so, you may not see it the same way.

I don't think it's constitutional to torture prisoners to death for their crimes.

Do you think that illegal immigrants who commit crimes should be tortured and denied basic human rights? You seem to have anger issues. Have you ever been victimized by a member of the mud race?

Please show us where the Constitution sets forth the limitations of punishment for crimes against society.

Let me save you some time and effort... No such reference exists!

Is is constitutional for one to be able to inflict torture and death upon an innocent victim?

The punishment should fit the crime. If criminals understood that their actions could result in their own heinous demise, some may give second thoughts to their actions.

The problem today has been derived from the ultra-liberals and their ideas of fantasy. Such extremism has promoted the mentality that EVERYONE is a victim, including those that inflict their own sadistic crimes upon society.

While I may agree that "there's something wrong" with those that commit their crimes... it does not give them reason for their actions to be vindicated, in any manner or form or lessen the punishment they should bear, to any degree.

This really has nothing to do with whether the individual was illegal or not, except that this instance (as well as others he committed) may have been avoided, if our immigration laws were enforced.

Why do you always try to play the "race card"?
Is it because you are a "beaner" (as red dawn refers to you)? Of course, that may explain why you qualify as THE Gasbag.

Did you just argue that the Eighth Amendment doesn't limit the states' power to torture prisoners to death for their crimes?

I really don't think "ultra-liberals" are the only ones who would protest the torture of prisoners. I imagine there are even a few people on this forum who see something wrong with torture.

In your Utopian vision of justice, who would carry out these tortures? That seems like it would be a dehumanizing job.

By the way, the race card was already played. The topic of this thread is "Immigration bill is promoted for 2010." You birther morons and Teabaggers at times seem almost embarrassed by your inbred racism. Try to emulate Red Dawn. He is proud of his racial hatred and flies it like a flag.
