Just a simple question. Do you like the service you are getting? Meaning, is it reliable?

Thanks.

We have Comcast (Xfinity). Years ago we had TimeWarner and we were sad to see it become Comcast as Comcast had lots of problems at first. Later we moved to AT&T and WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS. The internet was slow (their fastest) and was always disconnecting. Their TV (Direct TV) did not offer the On Demand feature that we love with Comcast. Additionally every time there were any storms (or even rain) we would loose TV service.
After many service visits from AT&T we switched back to Comcast. We have Cable TV and internet (no need for home phones nowadays).
We are very happy with Comcast service and would NEVER go back to AT&T.
