Sexy statue's owner will appeal coverup order

The owner of a suburban Cincinnati barbecue restaurant is appealing an order to put more clothes on a busty, scantily clad mannequin outside his door.

There is a clothing store on High Street just south of the Worthington line that has a Mannequin dressed up outside it's front door. No one is complaining about that one. It's been there for years and it isn't uncommon for it's loose clothes to be half blown off. Find something better to do than harass this business owner.
