chris hutchinson and deborah newman moved from portsmouth, oh yesterday, oct, 30, he is a murderer, he shot carl smallwood there , he is dangerous and abusive, she may try to get work at the y there as she worked there once before or she may try a school as a sub teacher. keep your kids away from them.

there is a thread on the cincinnati topix about these two, and a lot on the portsmouth, oh topix, please check these two out. they like to go to bars and he likes to start fights and he is loud and cusses a lot. he beats on her also but i guess she likes it or she would get away from him. his name is chris hutchinson and hers is deborah newman
