Where is DALISA'S Pizza? It's gone! Deer Park.

I have been sick for a while and haven"t really been out much, I go to the shopping center on Deer Park Avenue and NOOO More Pizza Parlor! Does anyone know why? I really loved that pizza.

Tried it and didn't like it....
Didn't like their food preparation......
Didn't like the lack of cleaniness.......
Didn't like the lack of supervision..........
Didn't like seeing workers eating off customers plates before they left the prep table...
Can you imagine what goes on in the back, where we can't see..........
There are so many pizza-restaurants to settle for Mama Sbarro's--sorry

Wow, I got so much heartburn there. The manager is burnt out and cut my calzone in half before putting it in the oven. When I told him I didnt want it cut in half to be heated, he brushed me off as he knew what he was doing. I told him to eat it himself and left the place. Good thing I'm a mature adult..
Even in recent times I go shopping at Sears, business at MAMA sbarro's has taken a nosedive...I wonder why???? Could it be the manager, the mexican chef making tomato sauce or the poor cleaning techniques of the workers spraying he counter with cleaning solution with uncovered food present.

Wow, sounds like not a good experience. Trust me I've been in the back and front of the house and it's spotless. They'd let you walk through anytime. As far as a mexican chef, besides that being a tad racist, they follow a recipe. You obviously must own or run another shop. Your writing is so prepared and untrue. They do a large volume of business and the manager is loved by the town.
Besides how often do you go shopping in Sears that you look inside the pizzeria?

I dont go to phoney Sbarros anymore. The heartburn on several ocassions was only part of the idiot of a manager. The aliens working there do not practice good food handling. I have also seen them spraying the counter with something while food is out uncovered.
AND YES THE BUSINESS HAS NOSE DIVED. The place is not doing well. I know why too. Well anyway, you eat that sloppy food. Bring oilet paper with you afterwards.

I like pizza. they so many pizzas. I hear same thing on sbaro. Is the help legal there? I like also a place going into babylon village on left side of street.
I like grandma pie at Dilisa.
i think that lady Miss Laurie must be part owner at sbaro,heheheh. Sbaro is some chain store pizza like domino, that why u get heartburn. The manager he dominick the donkee and a ( <> )and a (/) also a (@) to when they chain store it all come in plastic bags and u heat the bags up. I don like that kind.

I dont know what is wrong with some people. If you say the food makes you get heartburn as it did on more then one ocassion, why dont they leave it at that. If you see with your own eyes the counterperson at Sbarros spray cleaner on the counter with pizza products and calzones laying around , y dont they agree.

If the manager cuts your calzone in half before putting it in the oven and u contest, I dont want it cut in half while heating, y does he try to tell you the customer that he knows what he is doing and want to sell it to u.
I also seen an immigrant worker eating the food (cheese)out of the metal containers while making a pizza. So if I seen this with my own eyes, as well as the customers have been moving on and bailing out on the establishment, who is right....ME
That sbarro needs some serious attention. Stop your belly achin about the crowd at Dalisa's pizza. They been around the neighborhood a long time before you and they know proper food handling and the place is new and clean. I love there cheesless pie. It reminds me of Brooklyn the way my grandma would make it. Its great without cheese.
Sbarro will be out of business soon anyway,....VIVA

It is just pennies and I fear we will pay for it next year. I think it is a very strange coincidence that for the first time in memory we have a decrease and our BOE prez is running for re-election. How are districts around us seeing increases, prices are up everywhere and our district has a decrease? I'm no financial wizard but it sure does sound odd to me.

Why is someone running for the board from Middle Island here in Deer Park?
Let me tell you something ParveyCangero. It is a known fact that as you mention they are both from Middle Island school districts that they will over embrace the BOE here. Our concern besides the children being number one, is the runaway taxes throughout Long Island.
I would be more interested in voting for a board that reduces taxes and straightens out the matter of fact daily business thats going on.
What platform are these two candidaTES running.
Usually it is to help themselves to a better, higher job in another school district.
I would vote for an honest homeowner, quite annoyed with alot of unanswered questions as to where all this money goes
