Western Washington is by far the worst part of the country that I have lived in people for the most part are dillusional about the weather or enjoy being wrapped up in layers for almost all year

I say the reason that it sucks is because the kids there are douche bags who think the only places to go to are ocean states. And because it rains there all the time. Not eastern Washington of course though. If I ever live in Washington again I'll be sure to go to Pullman or Kennewick or whatever. My brother lives in Seattle and there is a lot to do there and stuff though.

Want to know why people are defensive to you? Because you are probably the person trying to shove their religion down everyone's throat when most of the state is christian anyway. Sheesh.
That's why us atheists here get along with most of the christians here, it's not because there are so many christians, it's because, unlike other states, the christians here don't mess with everyone else and shove their myths and bullcrap down our throats.
The reason this state sucks is because the people who have lived here forever treat everyone outside of their self centered ideas as shit. Especially King County people! I was born and raised in Idaho where you are brought up to treat people with respect and they do not do that in the state of Washington. Ask anyone who made a foolish choice in moving to this area as I did. I am getting out as soon as I possibly can. Hopefully a new state government will help even if it is only a little bit.

Well, you can move here and marry the one you love now, so instead of being jealous just find the one you love, move here, get hitched, and then you can stop being so self-hating.

Washington State and Seattle were great for me,
i once lived there for 2 years, honestly great times i had there like everywhere in the U.S!
I had a lot of life there, America is full of life,
it's difficult to explain but one must experience other types of geographical locations to understand.

Then move back to the state you were born in. We are conservative here and wish to remain that way, the pesky liberals trying to ban everything like you are not welcome.

I have been to 43 states, and France, Italy, Mexico, England, and the British Virgin Islands, and out of all these places, I would still choose Washington.

I cannot believe someone actually even made this forum.
Clearly they are a tourist that decided to head up to Washington after seeing Twilight.
Call me when you actually have something intelligent to spew out of your mouths.
Go talk shit about a different state. LIKE IDAHO!
Potatoes make you fat! Plus what a stupid ass name for a state that has the most retarded people in it!

I am moving with my boy toy to Seattle. I just have to quit showering and dump Patchouli on to get that grunge thing going.

"From?" You mean you live there now, because you do not have the personality of any Seattlite I have known who grew up in Western Washington. Just because you live here now, doesn't mean you are from here.

Yea go ahead and call me a "phag" shows just how much of your intelligence you actually use. Which would explain your wonderful grammar! As well as just how ignorant you are.
It's about time to shut the fuck up. If you hate Seattle so much. MOVE!
Don't sit there like a bitch and cry about it day after day.

I have been all around the U.S. and even with it's problems, Washington is a good state to live in. Remember, there is more to the state than the Seattle area, which I avoid like the plague. WA does have a few issues, I agree that the Dept of fish and game is clueless with complicated and confusing regulations. Liberal mind State government regulation is over reaching and destroying small business. (Ask any small business owner). Illegal immigration is affecting the economy negatively. These three issues are minor at this point. The good outweigh the negative aspects of life here. Living east of the cascades is like a different state anyway. The eastern side is very conservative, the people are responsible, hard working and pleasant and that make for a good living enviroment. I like the outdoor oppertunities the state has. Weather/climate in central and eastern WA is great. If the political and economic climate in Washington gets worse, I'll just move to northern Idaho.
