A few years ag, I sat in attendence at a meeting that was a "set-up" by Mr. Bishop for information that Mr Bishop should have known but did not. He not only did not know what job descriptions some town officals had but did not know what postitive steps this particular individual had implamented for the betterment of the town. He sat there with his cohersive attitude (must be leftover from his professor days influencing young people w/ his "communicative" skills)until he had enough of what "he" needed then turned the knife and fired the person who was indeed doing a great job. He created this ruse of a meeting based on information he said was given to him ...which was IN FACT a lie...as the person in question sat there unable to defend. When it comes to Mr. Bishop, what mets the eye is not fact and Noel is not only a liar but a sneak and a coward!!!! I hope someone other than myself can see this man for the cunning creep that he is.
