That was no accident. Haynesworth ripped dudes helmet off and then stomped on his head. Twice. There is a difference between a kick and a stomp, and those were stomps. I am a Titans fan, and Haynesworth is one of our best D-line guys. That type of crap is absolutely uncalled for. What a damn shame. I'm thinking a four game suspention from the league.

Seems to me like Fisher was more worried about the back-to-back flags than anything else. Yeah Fish- the NFL is going to discipline Haynesworth for back-to-back penalties. It's not about the freaking assualt Albert laid down on dude, it's about the back-to-back flags. What a nightmare.

If it would have been normal John Q Public up here in Alaska that would by statue be a felony assault, It will be interesting to see how bad it gets sugar coated. Remember the Hockey incident where the man was hit from behind, this will be interesting it it makes it to court as well.

This was an assault. Put him in jail and bar him from any future dealings with the NFL. I am sure there is a moral clause in his contract and he just violated it. Disgusting.

What are you smokin' Oliver? An accident? Haynesworth should be made an example of. He has no sportsmanship or respect for his professional collegues, apparently. I'd say, kick him out for the year, and fine him heavily. What an example he is for kids. After a flag was thrown, what was he complaining so heatedly about? You would think that he didn't feel that he had done anything wrong. Why wasn't he ejected before he threw his helmet in protest? Would the refs only given him a 15 yard penalty for those actions? The ejection should have been immediate.

"Ooops, I'm sorry". BS

He should be suspended for the rest of the season without pay. I don't think it'll ever go to court.

Get him out of professional football forever!!. That was stupid and could have cost a man an eye or worse.

What was Haynesworth thinking? And then to act like he did nothing wrong.

Haynesworth should have gotten arrested for his actions, the intent to cause bodily injury was there and there is no place like that in the NFL.

I hope to see some type of indictment in the week and have him answer in court and do spend some time behind bars.

Arrest is not enough - barring thugs of this ilk from all sports is what is needed. Take away their millions, their gold necklaces and let them try to get a job. With the mediocre education most have received, while being subsidized in their collegiate endeavors, my guesss is that most would revert to their criminal behavior. Hang them high, really start giving our youngsters some idea of moral character by eliminating this sort of incidents.

How come he isn't in jail? If someone did that outside a stadium you would be facing misdemeanor assault charges. What happened to our justice system?

I have known Albert on a personal level for years. He does have a bad temper, but we ALL have lost control (not quit this bad). I have spoken with him and he is very somber and discusted with his actions

He should be kicked out of the league permanently and prosecuted like any other criminal.
