It is an outrage that the Dedham Police and Fire Depts. are not requesting an investigation of this wrongful death at Applebee's Restaraunt in Dedham on July 12, 2006!!!!The Manager, the staff, and the customers should all question their morals of obligation to assist someone in medical distress!! Facts: victim pointed to her sternum, could not speak, was eating steak, fell unconcious and heart stopped!!! The call from Applebee's was "we are having a problem with a patron"! Police dispatched single cruiser to scene, officer applied CPR and call for ambulance!!! The management and staff at Applebee's should be ashamed of their actions, or lack there of I should say for this wrongful death. I demand an investigation from the District Attorneys Office!!!Shame on you!!!!

This is crazy! These days nobody wants to do for anyone but themselves! Ya want to know why they don;t want to investigate i will simply tell you! It is all politics see if they lose a business in there down the city and politicians don;t get paid! aLSO THE RATING OF THE CITY GOES DOWN ! Disqusting! They are all about money and that is all! They will be quick to take our tax money to throw someone in jail but god forbid if they put in money to investigate!
