James D. Campbell, 44, of 28 Walnut Street, Dedham, was arrested by police and charged with operating a motor vehicle after his license was suspended.

well that's what you get when you have very liberal judges and sleazy lawyers making excuses for drunks and giving them more chances to kill.
this moron should have lost his driving privileges for ever after the second offense.
you keep giving repeat offenders chances and they will end up killing someone .
Driving is a privilege not a right. people who don't follow the established rules LOSE PRIVILEGES forever.
Let the moron walk or ride a bike.
