Not only is Drunk Driving a problem for Colleges; but apparently it is a problem with ex Police Chiefs as well:

12/4/09 Former Weston MA Police Chief James McShane was arrested for his third OUI offense after an accident that left 3 members of the same family injured; including a 82 year old woman and a 13 year old girl.

How can we expect the college kids to behave themeselves when even our ex lawmen are drinking and driving? And, being an ex cop; he cannot simply blame job related stress and get the typical free pass that the cops are so accustomed to getting.

Oh, the shame of it all.......oh, the shame of it all......
