Gee, it's a good thing assault rifles were not issued to troopers. Can you imagine how much destruction these officers would have caused?

'm kind-a jealous of this. yeah it is abstract, but my vehicle has been sitting in the driveway for a time. I went out and had to put the charger on the battery. Then it was backed up and re-parked. Then it was done again and the brake pedal went down to the floor. i had seconds to respond and luckily did the right thing and by foot pushed down the emergency brake pedal. Lucky me and the building and anything else that could have been in its path.
The abstractness is this: the truck is supposed to have a dual braking system on it. At current NY State Inspection and the cost over $600 for things they did (?) makes me wonder, now.
Maybe it is not abstractness, but fear--that maybe someone screwed with my brakes as the vehicle sat there.
Jealous maybe, because i can't even drive the vehicle even one mile an hour because or go even a foot. i need to find out what happened to the brakes?

True...America isn't like Germany, Horrible roads, Horrible cars and Horrible drivers. 111 isn't really that fast if you are a skilled driver and have a good car, I've gone faster on the road on a snowmobile.
They should offer advanced drivers licenses at a nice increased fee to people that can pass the driving test course. As long as nobody is on the highway and you aren't driving recklessly, you should be able to go faster than the old lady driving her 65 Buick. My wife's Minivan's speedometer goes to 160mph...would be nice to try it out on a hill.

Yikes! I don't feel in control doing 65mph on the taconic. That road is full of low trees, blind corners, sewer grates, intersections with low speed roads, and it's really narrow (no shoulders).

If you want to drive fast here is a place you can do it. You can in Grand TheftAutoIV. Might as well stop for a few with "cousin", too! Get in the car and then see what happens. "ROMAN"! LOL! darnIt :(

Daily Horoscope for May 20

Cancer

Your mind is working well, so give it plenty of exercise. You could get involved in an intellectual discussion that forces you to think things through for yourself, or you might have to do some serious thinking about a forthcoming travel plan. If you're often wary of saying what you think you'll feel much braver about speaking up today, which is good news if you want to fight your corner or express your point of view.
