Oh, honey...10 years? Uh, try a lot more recently than that (last night). Is it really any of your interest? I certainly am NOT interested in YOUR private life. Yuck.

We were napping with the Corgies on the chaise in the solar overlooking the gardens.

What's up?

<quoted text>Ohh, I don't know why I have to justify why I don't hate someone. Nor, why I think it necessary to defend why I don't hate someone. I have a history with those people. I began VERY rancorous correspondences with both of them, but somehow I developed a mutual respect for both of them and they for me. Now we pretty much respect each other's boundaries. That's all. Do they go over the top, oh, sure. So do I at times. However, some tools are BEYOND anything but nonsense and spite.
I thought a forum like this was to ENRICH communication and understanding with others, not forbid it.
Curt, I too have a history with both and don't feel I have to justify my feelings to anyone. Do not feel that you have to either. Hope your Christmas was great!!!

It was, my dear. I already KNOW your children and grandchildren special day was wonderful.

Any fun New Year's plans? I'm having a big DO here, and my surprise for my guests is renting one of those helium canisters and blowing up like 75 big silver balloons with black ribbons. I've done this before at parties and everyone is all of a sudden back to 3rd grade with wonder at something that actually floats in the air.

We're heading to a little historic hotel in Clare, Michigan for an evening of dining and dancing, then a quick trip to see the grands the next day. Should be wonderful!!! Many blessings for the new year.

Geez! I'm gone for four lousy days (fact is, my motherboard crashed) and I have been completely computer free for four horrific days.
So ket's recap. Oxy is still not being taken seriously by anybody and is actively refuted by some (thank you, Curteese), Gay Mom remains class act and never been anything but, and Curteese has a great time in the mountain, and I'll be nice enough to not mention anybody else. But I'm willing to bet that Oxy will chime in with something stupid.
It wasn't as great as it could have been. I didn't want to complain on Christmas, but I slipped outside on black ice in the shade. My feet went right out from under me. LUCKILY, I was holding the railing at the time and kept from crashing to the ground, but pulled every muscle known to mankind. I'm OK now, and later it will make a good story, but it's already sort of funny now!
