Village elections set for Sept. 11
“They have to pay for the ballots, the election inspectors, the advertisements ... if they went to an even-year (November) schedule, they're only paying for their portion of the ballot”
Since the election consolidation reforms of 2005, only two villages in the Blue Water Area have kept their elections in September. via The Times Herald
