I've seen 2 cases of pertussis, recently. One infant died. The other is recovering. All because 'some other kid' in daycare passed the disease on Now think a minute, what's worse, the 'chance' of autism or lifetime protection of a disease that could kill your child?
Kids need to be vaccinated PERIOD! And if the parents can't provide proper health care for their child, then the state needs to get involved to prevent any epidemics from happening.

If it's a "lifetime of protection" then why do they need boosters?

Even though it's aP, the vaccine strain is still shed by anyone who gets the shot. Maybe we need to quarantine the recently vaccinated to stop the spread of pertussis.

The reason is simple and I suspect you already know it. The dosage given an infant or young child is matched to what their bodies can handle. When the child is more mature and reaches adolescence, their bodies are ready for a dose that matches this maturity. It is still a lifetime of protection and you can't stretch far enough to make ANY case you seem so feebly committed to make.

MEE......WT Senior... Same person.... Well let me inform them on things you've said... Lol

1. Thinks matriculate is a STD...it means to enroll in college, etc. Which she obviously never has.

2. Thinks in 1941 when Pearl Harbor was bombed, it was not on American soil.

3. Thinks the US is a Democracy not a Republic

4. Thinks Micheal Bloomberg only won mayor of NYC because he switched from a republican to a democrat...actually it was the reverse.

5. Thinks Micheal Jordon has HIV...when it's Magic Johnson.

6. Thinks Alec Baldwin is a right-winger.

7. Called a poster a liar when he said lodratadine was alsomused to treat chemo patients...he was right and as usual The WD Senior was wrong..

8. Thinks Jim "kool aid" Jones was a republican, but if you know anything about him he built the " peoples temple "..... He was a declared SOCIALIST.

9. Thinks Harvey Milk was asassinated by Dan White because he knew Jim Jones... Where did ya get that info?

10. Thinks New Orleans mayor Ray "school bus" Nagin is a republican...he's a democrat... Registered Democrat...( you forget Katrina you old communist hag )

11. Kept calling Terry Schiavo Mary Schiavo...

12. Thinks FIV in cats is contagiois to humans....I kept telling her it is not.....she kept insisting. I gave her a link to Cornell's School of Veterinary Medicine to prove her wrong.....again.

13. Thinks Congress only consists of the Senate...the House of Representatives is on their own.( maybe go back to skooll.. Lol )

14. Keeps repeating a lie about Bas's brother...she keeps saying he was killed in war on a ship. It is false..Bas finally had a backbone and told her that his brother WAS NOT killed.( how can you even argue that )

15. Never heard of Jerome Zeifman.

16. Thinks Wesley Clark is a republican.... He is a democrat and even ran for president under the democrat ticket but the old communist thinks otherwise..

17. When she is proven wrong she resorts to low class, low intellugent comments about gender, posters going to prison, threatens the FBI on them, calls them pedophiles, tranvestites, and anything else her warped mentally ill mind can come up with and just resorts to stupid mindless, thoughtless attacks.

18) Thinks Mother Jones and Fresh Rant are the gospel.

19) Refuses to look up the truth and thinks that the nation is not in debt.

20) Still blames Bush almost 7 year later.. You'd think after the 1st term you'd be able to do at least something good, but let's continue to lie and blame others!

21) thinks that Nancy Pelosi had nothing to do with the " we had to pass it so we could read it" comment!

22) Said that tea party members referred themselves as tea baggers!!
23) Uses the race card.

24) always says she's leaving however she never does. She always comes back 15 minutes later ranting, raving, and foaming at the mouth. And she will call names....

25) Uses different names and responds to herself for moral support!

26) Refuses to look up credible websites such as www.cbo.gov . To see how much debt the nation is in.

So now you know...

I address one point only. The suppression of research that contradicts the drug companies claims about the effectiveness.

In order to support the claim that the studies have been wrongly suppressed, you need to know what constitutes a scientifically acceptable study. Without understanding this you do not have enough evidence to claim corruption on the basis of wrongful suppression.

That being said, the assumption made by the anti-vaccine people is that one bad drug means that all are bad. Perhaps, then, we need to just let nature take its course with disease.

Just another reason to get the hell out of the 3rd most corrupt state in the Nation as soon as possible! That along with a 10% tax rate that nobody other than Nashville country stars and their agents can afford!

I didn't see "income tax" I believe he was speaking of our sales tax rate. If you were capable of thinking that might have dawned on you.

You are the one who cannot think. To take a somewhat typical example. In idaho, a married couple who earns a (pitiful) 21,000 pays about 5.1% of that in state income taxes that is about 1070 dollars. The state sales tax is 6%(higher in some cities). If we assume that the couple spends. 18,000 of that money they would pay 1080 in sales taxes.

So the couple pays state taxes of 2150 dollars. Those in Tennessee will pay 1800 in sales tax and no income tax.

So where would you prefer to live if taxation were the only issue?

I only pointed out the error in your thinking, you know regarding the 10% tax rate mentioned in the post.
You, dear Zekester, were the one who jumped straight to "state income tax"
now you've made another leap.
