Sherry Peel Jackson, a former IRS revenue agent and certified public accountant, told a federal jury Tuesday she was sure she did not have to file income tax returns. But after less than 30 minutes of deliberations, the jury convicted Jackson of failing to file income tax returns for four years, despite the alleged fact that no such law mandating the payment of income tax even exists.

Its amazing did you see the jury was packed with irs agents and government workers!! Sherry Peel had no chance of fair trial. It was worse then a bunch of Nazis as jury members with a jew's life in peril!!! The amount of prejudice that jury had was mazing it was sort of like the Salem witch trial. I wonder how it is that Americans let these bankers get away with stealing our tax money thats been illegally collected in the first place?

Yet Sherry Peel is in prison over a debt, what makes this debt more criminal then any other debt like oweing a credit card or a phone bill or medical bill. Amazing you
can walk free on a drug charge with probation but don't pay a tax bill and prison. Face folks we live in a Prison state. Have you got your papers . you better if you leave the house!!!

Pretty scary after seeing this information about the taxes irs are trying to imprison people for not paying a tax bill that is horrible. Prison is pretty harsh for non pmt of a bill for god sakes.
IRS over board again I always see the correlation of IRS to KGB or SS or CIA or FBI all seem like sinister organizations all basically terrorize public to manipulate for power and profits.
IRS to my knowledge needs no warrants to break into private property to seize peoples property.

The complex language of the IRS code is intentionally written to overwhelm, intimidate and coerce the individual to voluntarily give up a large percentage of their earnings. While the IRS would have you believe so, it is not the law. Every person has the right and the duty to refute and defend themselves against any charge or claim made by any agency or person - whether it concerns a traffic ticket, an erroneous credit card charge, defamation, taxes, or whatever.

What is the question that begs to be answered. What is the question?
Suppose that on this very moment the police were to knock down your door and arrest you for first degree murder. Immediately you will think how and when but mostly importantly “WHO”?
The “who” is the subject of the murder law.
Here are three legal accusations, three indictments:
1)You murdered
2)You murdered a cockroach
3)You murdered Nicole Simpson

The first indictment has no subject matter, thus the indictment is invalid. The second names a subject but there is no law that refers to this subject. The third has a proper subject. When the IRS indicts people, they never name a subject. Their indictments is in the order of the first on the list. Without a subject there is no valid indictment ....no subject matter jurisdiction.

What if someone tell you that the subject is the income? Well they are wrong because the Supreme Court has long held that the individual Income tax is an indirect tax and therefore not a tax on income but on the activity which produces the income. The individual income tax is an indirect tax in the nature of an excise tax. An indirect tax is ruled by Article 1, section 8, Clause 1 of the constitution. The 16th Amendment did not affect the income tax, supposedly all it did was to reinstate its indirect classification.
The indirect classification is very hard for people to understand, because it appears to involved a subject, but in actuality, due to logistic reasons in writing laws, the event becomes the subject. For example when you buy a television from Walmart for 100 dollars, the subject is not the television but the sales.
So where is the law that state, in general, that work is a revenue taxable activity?
I want to get involved with this woman, I want to see her, I want to find out in depth what went wrong. How can someone get convicted without the existence of a law?

Would these be the same leaders that lied about the war in iraq, the murder of American citizens on 9/11, killing our own soldiers in viet nam with agent orange?

The fact is the jury was packed against Mrs. Jackson with government stooges and flunkies. Having personally researched this so called law since 1995 and having found that it does in fact NOT exist in form or substance according to the law, Mrs. Jackson was convicted by a fraudulent court and a sham trial, just as many others like her have been.

And for your enlightenment, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, John Adams, and all the others that signed the constitution were "anti-government" in the form that the tyranny of King George allowed. Should they have just stopped and gone with the flow instead of fighting to give you the right to speak ignorantly about things which you have obviously never bothered to research for yourself?

In my personal and humble opinion, apathy and intentional ignorance such as yours are the main reasons that atrocities such as this trial and the IRS are allowed to continue. As long as that fact is not altered then America is truly lost and will never again be free for anyone.
