There is a company called Atlantic Circulation Corporation selling magazines in Decatur. It's a scam!
What is more shocking is these people were on the property of The Woods Apartments, no ID's, no permit to solicite. It is a big concern since The Woods are supposed to have security personnel to keep our children safe. Obviuosly, the security at The Woods has failed.
