Absolutely unbelievable. If she doesnt want to be with you any more then don't be immature about it by threatenng her and the police/SWAT Team. He's already making his sentencing worst and longer by wasting everybody time. Eventually they are going to shoot him. This could have been prevented.

"The suspect was transported to an area hospital. He is said to be in critical condition."

That means they didn't aim high enough or didn't squeeze the trigger often enough.

I wish they killed they guy. Now the taxpayers have to foot the doctor's bill and jail bill. Then he will get out and harm someone else's life.

There is no "perfect" race
And there are only 2 colors
GOOD and Bad

But it is unfortunate that many men feel they have the right to hurt women. And it is unfortunate that many men were not taught that you never hit a woman. The real measure of a MAN is as a protector and his real strength should be in protecting not injuring. Hopefully some will catch on and become what they were intended.

But so that all the blame is not on the men. women have to learn to walk away when they see the danger in violence and demeaning behavior.

we need classes for the swat team that allowed this p.o.s. to arrive at the hospital alive.if the punishment for taking someone hostage was to kill them on the spot,no questions asked, this would not happen very often and there surely wouldn't be any repeat offenders.
