WASHINGTON -- Dire headlines about the ongoing "fiscal cliff" debate might give the impression that the country is destined for a harrowing economic jolt. But buried in the stories and slightly visible behind the public posturing, signs are emerging that a deal is possible.

House Republican leaders on Monday presented a plan to the White House that included an extension of all the Bush tax cuts, steep changes to Medicare and large cuts to mandatory and discretionary spending. The White House promptly rejected it as a stale GOP wish list that would hurt the middle class.

Sell out repubicans & democraps have been helping to destroy this country for the last 60 years son, where have you been? Maybe one day you will grow up and learn that repubicans & democraps are two wings of the same vulture. But then again if you're an Obongo voter that's not likely anytime soon. Until we can get rid of the entire corrupt gang of low lifes that inhabit the District of Criminals, repubicans & democraps alike, this nation will continue to be run like a banana republic. Maybe IF we can get some America first politicians up in Washington, we won't see billions of foreign aid being sent to Israel each and every single year and trillions spent fighting their wars for them. Of course that's not counting the thousands of young Americans lives who are lost each year or the thousands who come back maimed, mentally unstable, etc. And your boy Barry is just as big as a Zionist shill warmonger as Dubya or Pappy Bush ever were. We send billions not only to Israel but to Eygpt so as to bribe Eygpt to keep peace with our "ally" Israel. Meanwhile, our ally has been caught spying on the United States, i.e. Jonathon Pollard case, bombed United States and British embassies, i.e. "Lavon Affair" and attacked the USS LIBERTY in a attack that killed and maimed American sailors. With the BILLIONS being sent to countries like Israel and Eygpt and the TRILLIONS being spent to fight wars that serve no purpose for American interest, think of all the wasteful spending there.

What this about Republicans being mad?

I think that most Americans, both Republicans and Democrats, have a "Ho hummm.. whatever..." attitude about Obama being re-elected to a 2nd term.

Now, when Al Gore lost to George Bush back in 2000, there were a lot of mad people.

I am convinced that Obama is an agent of a foreign government thats bent on taking America down from within.
When this is finally figured out, he will most likely be arrested and executed.

Well it’s not like anyone in here really pays any attention to Rightwing. When he’s not busy cutting and pasting articles out of Liberal socialist publications from the 1960s, he’s trying to figure out how to make spell check work. He’s simply a clueless gadfly who believes what anyone who gives him free housing, free food and a free phone has to be his friend.

The republicans threw the race. It was obvious in the last week. Romney got his bonus and took a dive, just like McAntique did 4 or so years ago. Voting as an independent is the only way to ensure your sanity these days. Going whole hog for either party is no longer an advantage.

And the democrats previously presented a stale wish list, rejected by republicans, that would also hurt the middle class. What's your point?

Democrats cry mental cruelty to even think that the US economy be put on a balanced budget and the citizens be made to pay for their spending. It even makes the democrats raving mad to think they would be responsible to pay for what they receive in benefits from the government. Democrats believe others should pay for their fatuous inflationary spending.

Repubicans and democraps have both done a lot of destroying in the last several decades. And unless America wakes up, and given this last election, that looks like a very narrow possibility, it's on its last legs. Only fitting that a poster child of the Multicult like Obammy would be the coup de grace to send America on its way into another also ran like Greece, Rome, British Empire, and the former Soviet Empire. Kind of ironic that when the so-called "collapse" of the Soviet Empire occured, the United States was already well into its winding down stages. Just a scant twenty years and some change later the downward spiral has tripled in speed. Unless this country does a U-turn, one can only imagine what the next twenty years will look like.

Romney was percieved as a RINO.
He sent jobs overseas, was quoted as being soft on abortion, and he was the creator of RomneyCare which was the blue print for ObamaCare.
And he was from Mass. And to get elected in Mass you would have to be a liberal.

I just don’t see any reason why we can’t continue the status quo with one half of the population getting out of bed and going to work everyday. They can continue to collect their salary each week, pay their bills, buy their food, try to save a little to ensure their kids get an education and have some money on hand for medical emergencies. Oh and of course they can continue to pay their taxes to ensure that the country’s infrastructure is maintained and ensure that the interest on America’s national debt, which now amounts to more than $160,000 for each tax payer, is kept current.
And of course the other half of the population can continue to remain unemployed. They’ve never had a job in their life. Why should they start now? The half of the population that works is picking up the tab. No need to be productive; the government doesn’t insist on that! No need to earn a salary. The government will make sure you get a check every month. No need to pay taxes. You don’t earn any income on which to pay taxes. No need to save for medical emergencies. Obamacare will pay your medical bills. No need to put a little aside to pay for your children’s education. They’ll learn from you that education is only going to result in some capitalist pig employer hiring them and expecting them to show up to work everyday. Besides that whole school thing is a waste of time that could be spent in a more productive fashion like sitting on the sofa and complaining that you’ve been a victim all of your life and have never been given the same chance to become a success that other people have been given. In fact, why not have five or six more kids? The government will give you a raise for each one you have and as long as you have young children you won’t be forced into that whole work thing that you have spent your life trying to avoid.
Sure, the other half is doing a great job! Why should the people who don’t work, rock the boat now by getting jobs and paying their own way. They never have before and it hasn’t hurt the country. What’s all the fuss about anyway? It’s not like there’s some kind of an emergency looming. All of these stupid people who work everyday are just running around like Chicken Little, yelling about the sky falling. Stupid working people. They need to get a life. They’re probably all stupid Republican dummies who go around whining about responsibility all the time. Responsibility? Who needs it?

This is where obama learned it and is now putting it into practice.
