I met Yasmeen and her husband only once. They were gracious, kind, and caring people. I felt that I was being blessed to be in their presence. Ignorance of facts does not give anyone the right to judge a case. You people have no knowledge of the man's job, his possible enemies; religious or otherwise. The one thing I'm totally sure of is that God knows, the murder knows and I trust that God's justice will be done.
Have you thought that the police are being extremely careful for international reasons, for national security reasons, or to protect the family? I see by the post date that most of you have gone on to other gossip. For those still checking for sludge: shut up and pray!

I am waiting to get an update on this case, it is really just the most odd thing I have ever seen. It completely disappeared from the radar of the police, the media, etc. Kind of odd given the affluence of the area.

I don't know what happened but I have a very strong suspicion it has something to do with islam.

Blame everything on islam.A loving and caring lady lost her life and killed by a insensitive person. The only thing i agree is that the case has disappeared from radar of police and the residents of BRIGHT WATER.

Yeah, I suppose you are right...what with all the beheadings, misogyny, and human rights. How could I have been so insensitive to blame sure a horrific act on a 'peaceful religion' such as islam.

I had to laugh at your absure post....well, doesn't it go without saying that if you kill someone else you are tad...a tidge...a smidgen bit BEYOND insensitive. Insensitive is when you don't leave the room before farting. Killing someone and leaving them in a puddle of blood is bordering on downright RUDE.:D

I actually talked to someone who--in turn--talked to the police and they are just saying that it is an active case with NO SUSPECTS. That was as of last week.

All the murders that are happening in this country is done by islam. What a fool you are and which world are you living in.Do you not read or see any news.At the end of the day it is going to be one of your brothers that did this.Laugh now and cry later. You know and I know that this crime is done by a insensitive AMERICAN.

Oh, now I see it....no wonder you are so mad at my comments, you are a muslim (notice the lack of capitalization). What's wrong, did your beheading go wrong today or something? You seem a little tense.

To answer your post allah damnit, no all posts aren't done by islam....well first islam is an inanimate religion so it can't be doing much in and of itself...so let's say muslims. It just so happens that a muslim woman is killed, it is most likely a muslim that did it.

Why would we insensitive Americans bother to kill a muslim....if we wait long enough another muslim will do it for us.

It is sad that this lady--who seemed very nice and anti-muslim in her non-murderous beliefs--doesn't deserve to be dead. Someone needs to pay and I hope they find the mother allaher that did it.

Truthspeaker you look like a very racial type of a person. Not all muslims are murderous. Each religions have fanatics. No religion teaches to do wrong so before you blame a religion think twice and think god and you will have your answer.

American, there is no way to put it...you are very ignorant. Go to the Websters dictionary on-line even and look up the meaning of racism, you don't know what it means.

True that all religions have extremists...true. I will give you that point.

However, the political movement that is islam will never gain favor in my eyes when the lot of them can riot worldwide over a cartoon that they say is not flattering to allah yet can't be bothered to riot when what they claim is only the fringe of their political movement beheads men, women, and children worldwide in the name of allah--an act that they say they don't support. Explain that clear contradiction to me and then you can maybe sway me...but you can't explain it.

Oh and learn some history while you are at it. Go look up the muslim brotherhood and their organization....one part detonators, one part PR wing whose job it was to live among the targeted people and prevent a backlash against islam by being a mitigating factor--all the while supporting the detonators. Fact.

No, not ALL of anything is anything. Not all muslims are murderous...but not all practice. Had a neighbor who is muslim by birth (Bosnian) and I love the man with all my heart. But he doesn't practice. If he did and lived the contradiction, I would hate him with every fiber of my being.

Really Friend, and how do you know that?

No, a religion couldn't have taken her life...religion is an inanimate object. A crazed follower of a religion might have done it though.

Are you aware of how idiotic you sound? Blaming this on a religion you don't even know about? The only reason you are blaming Muslims for this is because you have heard bad things about the religion, Islam. Did you note that? You HEARD bad things. All Muslims are not bad people. If you believe all Muslims are bad people, you are the ignorant one. You should be ashamed, in fact, because you are representing the American community, and you are representing them poorly. Are you supposed to show Muslims how welcoming the big melting pot known as America is? Please do some research about what you are talking about next time you post anything about any religion. Try learning a little instead of being so ignorant.

Nazzie,

I don't have to go learn about the 'wonderful peaceful so-called religion of islam'. I learned everything I need to know by watching the news over the last 20 years. GMAB. Your religion is a sham. A murderous political movement shrouded in a religious context.

Why don't YOU go do some research into the religion.

Your fellow murderous muslims CLAIM that 'oh well it is only the fringe groups that are the killers' and then sit silently when those so called fringe groups kill in the name of the so called sacred allah. No world protests. No cars burned. No one killed--except innocent people killed as part of the day to day operations of islam. THEN you have someone publish a cartoon of allah depicting him with a detonator turbin and the entire so called peaceful islam people suddenly can get upset and organize quite effectively--killing, burning, and ransacking. Innocent people killed in the name of allah...good....unflattering cartoon of allah...people must die. You are a lier and a fraud and the entire world knows it.

You denying that islam=terrorism is like someone denying the sky is blue.

Muslims will burn in hell for all eternity, sorry but true.

Sorry to say so Sooth your knowledge about any religion is nil.Islam is very similar to christianty. The only difference is that islam belives thay Jesus was a prophet sent by god and christans belive to be the son of god. Both religions belive in the mother Mary and Moses. And do not disgrace God by saying such words.
