I started Medi WL in early December being quite a bit overweight.
Started at 244 - male about 6 ft 0 in. Needed to lose 44 in my mind.
I found Medi to be great - combination of pills and a glorified South Beach diet - low carbs - has worked for me. I am now down to 213 (31 lb in 4 1/2 months). It has not been that hard - and I occasionally take appetite suppressents as I do want to be too reliant on them.
The key to this program is to make a life change to stop eating bad foods forever. And the most important thing is to add EXERCISE! I workout on ellpitical and minor weights, situps, pushups, etc - for one hour per day - for six days a week. The combination of exercise and eating right takes the weight off.
Trust me - If I can do this, you can! I never would have thought I could have lost this much so fast. And now I do not crave desserts, pasta, bread , etc.
And I will have these occasionally - everything in moderation.
Good luck! But I think the program is great if you are ready to commit!!

I have several boxes of their fiber drinks I'd like to sell for the same cost I paid [$12.72/box], or cheaper if purchased in bulk. They're tasty, and diabetic friendly.
