Dr.Tipton is without doubt the one who should sit on murder trial! he had lots of time to kill his wife, after he got home from work. why use 1,5hours after getting home from work to call 911. he says the phone lines were cut, but infact they are working at 3pm. Dr.tipton is a dangerous man. Who had the motive to kill Karen Tipton? there are only two people with motives. I believe Moore was framed by the police. The police did a horrific job in this case... this case should be reopened by FBI only. The local police has already proven that they are incapable of handling a "honest case". why wasn't Dr.Tipton ever placed on a lie detector? I believe Dr.Tipton couldn't handle that his wife was screwing another guy and that's the reason the murder had so much anger in it. She was stabbed 28 times. The arguement started in the living room, followed to the kitchen and i belive he stabbed her there, then dragged her up to the bedroom to rape his wife since he isnt getting any. his of feeling superior. He stabbed her several times more in the bedroom and when he was done raping her she managed to walk to the stairs where he then gave her the final throat cut.
The alarm was taken away by DR.Tipton, and he was lying and why didn't anyone pursue it!? This case is a discrace to the police. Dr.Tipton is now living with his kids, probably got a small insurance check for the early death of his wife too. The police is utterly corrupted in this case, they hid the FBI report. In other words, all evidence provided by the police is litterally planted evidence. I belive the 2 hairs found was only first taken after Mr. Moore was caught for a theft, then later added to the Tipton murder case. Somebody in the police department was pulling alot of strings, Internal affairs should probably have something in their records from the same police during that period. Pointing at a drug user is far easier than pointing at a doctor. But it's not harder to point at the doctor if the doctor has stong motive for killing his wife. In this case, he has strong motive. His wife was having an affair with his close friend, supposedly best friend! ISN'T THAT MOTIVE ENOUGH!? time frame of 1,5hours to kill his wife? what was he doing for 1,5 hours!? DEMAND A LIE DETECTOR FROM THIS DR.TIPTON! ALL COMMON PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHO THE MURDERER IN QUESTION SHOULD BE. YOU DON'T EXACTLY NEED TO BE THE SHARPEST PENSIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT. I looked thru tapes of dr.tipton and he has no greif or mourning. He is talking with a sense of pride, his eyes are lying! he looks to his lower left in all crutial questions. while a truthful person looks to the right. the other thing you can see is the way his eyes look possessive or scary. I dont what the word is in english but i guess you get what i mean once you look at dr.tipton again on tapes. It will freak you out alittle. Somebody do something!

ok here is what went down the chick was screwing the moore boy since he installed the alarm system in the house. the husband found out about it over the computer and killed her over it. danial was drugged out on crack and took money from the husband to say he did the crime knowing the evidence would not find him guilty taking the eyes off the husband, only problem was the not guilty verdict took way longer than either of them thought.sad thing is the kid was almost executed over probally a 50 dollar rock.danial was then stuck as a acomplince to murder so he had to claw his way out of it which took him 9 years but he finally did.all i can say is i might have been born at night but it wasnt last night and i cant believe these so called lawyers couldnt figure this out

I am doing what I can to look into this murder. I am sure with out a doubt that her husband did kill her. It was not someone on crack it was a murder of rage and who that that motive but her husband. I agree he should be looked into in depth. How starnge it is when the police screw up and as so do so many others and they won't let go even when they know they have the wrong man.

Dr.Tipton was my psychiatrist I know him personally and know he wasn't an evil man, he didn't and couldn't have brutally murdered his wife in this manner I agree the police completely butchered this case and I'm not even sure Moore it but I do think he knows something....just my opinion I guess.

"Keep it simple"-einstein
We think we know people when truly we do not.
Who leaves a diamond ring on a victim if they trying to rob a house for money to buy drugs?

911 call to me sounded strange - yet I am no expert
Husband talks too much. Listen to his interviews on 48hrs.
A broken man devestated over his wife's death/murder - surely should been seen in the eyes or heard in the voice
I am no expert
Yet the eyes always tell truth
Tone of voice is a clue
Sex - leaves dna evidence & a druggie would be sloppy at a crime & leave much evidence behind - would assume

Sometimes what we believ is truth, we have trained our minds to believ is true
We can convince ourselves we are telling the truth

28 stab wounds seems lik =over kill, rage, anger, mommy issues, ego & power issues - & I am sure there were clues in the house that were over looked

Look at the crime & what kind of person would have committed the crime?

Gay porn ? Ha random - cannot blame that on the children in the house

Too much for a small town to handle

Truth will be come out one day
Karma is real
We always reap what we sow - always
One way or another
Sad humans are good at hating & killing each other
Ego, power, money, rage, anger, I - I - Me - Me
Selfish world - selfish humans
Sad
Is the children who suffer the most

You are mistaking Dr. Tipton's anger and righteous indignation with being the same as culpability in his wife's death. The man is pissed, and rightfully so. There were indeed mistakes made in this case, but Daniel Wade Moore's pubic hairs were found in the washcloth used to wipe of Karen Tipton's blood, and the hairs themselves were covered with Daniel's blood. Irrefutable evidence of his guilt. If he had been paid by dr. Tipton to commit this crime, he would have said so when he was sentenced to death. If you don't care for Dr. Tipton's demeanor, that's fine. But especially now that DWM has been acquitted of the murder, if there was one iota of evidence that pointed to David Tipton, he would be in custody. The biggest mistake made was in Valeska playing antics with sim antics regarding the FBI report. He didn't call the FBI papers a report, the judge called it a lie, and threw the case, along with irrefutable evidence of Daniel Wade Moore's guilt out the window. The reasons so many are giving for assuming that Dr. Tipton is guilty is that you don't like his body language and you say he has shifty eyes. God help us all if that, above DNA evidence and a confession by Daniel Wade Moore, points to guilt. I would also point out that Daniel Moore's confession was not gathered under interrogation or duress, he went to his uncle and said he was there. Obviously his uncle believes he was capable of it, because he went straight to the police. Daniel has been arrested and jailed several times for various crimes since this case ended. He will commit acts of violence again one day, if released, so whenever he gets out of custody - again - please lock your doors and make sure he is nowhere around you or your family.

All Daniel had to do was pass lie detector which he refused
