Hey, what do I win?

Ah, anything... in this general area, right in here. Anything, below the stereo, and on this side of the Bicentennial glasses. Anything between the ashtray, and the thimbles. Anything in this three inches. Right in here, this area, that includes the Chiclets, but not the erasers.

Michigan says YES! However, traveling carnival midway games are not generally inspected becasue rigged games bring in more money for everyone. Politicians love money and votes. Festivals bring both. It is then up to law enforcement ot act. However, police are not trained and bow to politics. Often promoters want the illgeally rigged type for the extra cash. The American Arab Chamber of Commerce (promoter) and the Wayne County Sheriff's Department (law enforcement authority) were both well aware of the fraud at the Arab International Festival. Both failed to act. It is not only illegal to rip off minors/children, it is illegal to rip off amyone. Keep the faith.

Children generally will not find out about the rigged games becasue the Wayne County Sheriff's Department refuses to make police reports about the fraud. Policics rules. North American Midway Entertainment had been caught running the scam games at the International Arab Festival, but the Wayne County Sheriff's Department is trying hard to be in denial like promoter, American Arab Chamber of Commerce and local politicians. Why? Money!. This itinerant carnival can make as much as $100,000 off their midway games in just one weekend. Who'll get's a slice of that loot?
If the WCSD, the AACC, or the local politicians get only $1 each from known corrupt carnival racketeers, they are worse than the career scammers. In their view, children are just collateral damage. Parents need to know that many local officials and politicians knowingly allow this.
