And this training is necessary because it does not come natural for our leaders to spend at or less then the revenue they take in.

This is illegal. In Benton Harbor, they're stealing the beach for a golf course. Time to get in the streets. Stand up for your rights. The Death penalty for Michigan Repiglies.
