Mr. Akouri is exaggerating, if anything. Prof. Sanjian sounds right : Caretaker government may stay for months ( as was the case with Rashid Karame from April 23 1969 all the way to November... the times the Cairo Accords were signed...).
As for me, I don't anticipate much difference in the way the Lebanese go out living their lives...). If that was Chinatown, this is Lebanon...
