At the price Inkster officials are expecting the residences to pay is too high. Just think the majority are renters or older inksterrites on fixed incomes. Are we trying to improve our community or run people away? And the interest rate of 10% late fee; well I have to laugh to keep from crying as I maybe one of the first to decide to move to another affordable city.
