Wheels: Over G.M.'s Objections, Dealers Sell "Used" Chevy Volts Without $7,500 Tax Credit

Some dealers reportedly are claiming the maximum $7,500 federal income tax credit available for the Chevrolet Volt , rather than passing the incentive on to consumers.
Before anyone starts jumping on ALL Chevy dealers, just blame the ones that did this. Besides, if anyone was to buy a "used" Volt and didn't pay at least $7500 less than sticker, shame on them.
