In remote Lower Shore, a frenzy over real estate

Let's face it, hardly anyone here in Maryland's remote southern reaches ever thought they'd be talking $6 million - not for a scruffy watermen's marina with 13 acres of marsh, crab shanties and rickety docks ...

I think it's great people on the Easteren Shore are reaping the rewards of so many years of hard work,it is ashamed we have over crabed,over fished and our children can't make a living here now but times do change. Bring on the builders,I am willing to sell my 11 acres with 2 right aways on 900 feet of water with almost a new house for a lot less then 6 million. Come on, make me an offer I can't refuse.
