A few states have now passed laws that say if you post on the Internet under a name other than your own you will be arrested. Arkansas will surely follow. Comments like these are what brought about the law.
You can go to jail and be sued for slander. And your identity can be discovered now if someone chooses to go through the process.
Ya might reconsider making slanderous remarks about those guys who have the ability to identify you and prosecute you.

Sorry wingnuts, there is no State in the Union that you can go to jail in for a post under any alias. Show me the link to that one. Also just as a reminder slander is not written so that part of your story doesn't hang either. It would have to be considered libel and the standards are very high to prove the justification. Just say'n. Plus when you become a public official you are pretty much fair game.

@ flabberghasted: You guys need to look up the laws for slander...Also, this is the USA, last I checked we still had freedom of speech!!
And I really do not think it is the civilians who will be worried when the law actually does its job.

The real truth here is: Your cops are slimeballs who get locked IN THE BACKSEAT of their own cars while screwing around on their wives...there are a dozen more stories like this. As far as I know he still has a job, someone from the department hadto rescue him from his own car!!!!
