A great article! This man is on my mailing list.

"Vicente Fox has recently come under criticism within his own country, for the ostentatious display of his wealth, in the form of featuring his grand estancia during an interview. His rancho defies by its sheer opulent display, the egalitarian philosophy he promulgates for public digestion. In a nation which is 95% Mestizo; Fox comes off looking like a modern-day version of a conquistador or Spanish don, in this class-conscious country.
Fox is on yet another barnstorming session around the United States, to promote his new autobiography, "Revolution of Hope.""

And so the plot thickens.

As more people become aware of this nasty web, we'll be closer to all out lawlessness. How is the government going to get out of this one? If they choose not to pull their heads out, they may well...I'm afraid to say.

Yeah...American Chronicle sounds like a conservative paper created to instill fear in America's citizens. If this new found hatred towards latinos keeps up (especialy all this talk about war against latinos), we Hispanic Americans might be posting on topix.net from the inside of an internment camp. That's if they even let us communicate with the outside world.

That should never happen. I have only seen a few "out there posters." It has been my observation most are for Legal immigration. I try to keep up with legislation, news.... in no way have a problem with Latino people who are Legally here. In fact law abiding legal immigrants/citizens from Mexico, were some of my best first best friends as a child. Who lumps legal law abiding Latino citizens and those here illegally flaunting our laws and abusing our Nation? I have seen Vicente Fox try to lump them together, the Mexican Consulate rep in Dallas tries to lump the two very Morally different groups together. Other than that...?

United States should try to solve its problems by cleaning house. We need to punish and seriously fine American companies that hire illegal immigrants. Punish those companies so much that all companies will stop hiring illegals.
2nd step, end welfare or at least created stricter guidlines for it. Only those who pay taxes and work should be allowed welfare in time of need.
3rd step, get rid of the anchor baby rule. Anything that entices illegal immigrants from entering our country should be done away with.

Sorry, my last post was badly written. But you get the point. American government needs to punish Americans first for enticing illegal immigration.

Good afternoon, Hispanic Texan. Agreed punishment should be serious fines even jail time for repete offenders of those who hire illegals. It is beginning to happen across this land. That is such a good thing. Agreed no welfare for illegals, it is for American citizens in time of need. Anchor baby status removed. I support the amendment that does so.

At the same time application of civil law equally to all is the only equal justice. After 9-11 everyone in an automobile had to show ID. Understandable. No one should be exempt. To cry racist is beyond the pale. Fox and the Mexican Consulate rep and Q are all practically insiting people to riot/civil disobedience against the police. That is dangerous. They do not care at all for these people. To encourage Mass rebellion of rule of law puts them in a very serious situation. If they are pumped up as a mob to act.. well I pray it does not happen. Hate to see them used. Wish they would take all that marvelous passion and direct it toward the Mexican government. If they would do their job, these folks could be in Mexico with their families. U.S. citizens do not flea this country to live elsewhere. Where is reason?

If we don't stop American companies from hiring illegals, then then illegals will keep coming. We have to kill a tree by taking out the roots. American companies paying bribes to congress is the ROOT of the problem.

One does not quick tracking a kidnap victim just because the kidnapper may be being paid by someone else. This country the victim, the taxpayers are being held up by illegals. Finding and stopping the money behind it should be done at the same time. Not one over the other. They keep coming you can not ignore enforcement of current law. It must be enforced now. To let it go is to mulitply the cost of ransom to the kidnap victims [American tax payers]. The "backer" ie certain businessmen are to have their plants raided, prosecuted under current law. Go after both. There is no reason to allow more illegals to come or stay.
