El Paso Times neglects to mention that De Leon is an illegal alien.

Where is the mother and the relatives of these two children? Didn't they realize this man is insane? And what about those stupid people from the Marin County probation office? They should all be held accountable for this bone head move!

Why wouldn’t he come back? As a felonious illegal alien he’s been able to do anything he pleases, thus far. It means nothing that ICE has a hold on him at the moment. An immigration judge may not deport him and let him walk free. Apparently, California judges did just that.
