And there are people that come on here and tell everybody to just shut up and nothing will ever happen. It just goes to show that things change when people start expressing their concerns here. The word DOES get out. Cops and others DO read the forums. But they also stifle free speech by deleting certain posts.

Got my supplier, caused me to have to go to Dumblin for my buys and drove the costs up. Hate it when they eliminate competition in the drug industry.

Well, you won't have to worry about losing your supplier in Dublin for 6 months or more. The police in that town were hand delivered information on drug houses and never took a drug dog there. They just knocked on the door and asked if the people had any drugs. Despite the IQ drop in Dublin, the people weren't dumb enough to say "yes".
I have a 17 year old that I caught at the house, drug tested and admitted who in the house gave it to her. I took him to the police station and he gave a statement with names. Nothing.
But, be sure to watch the Dublin papers in the next 4-6 months. Recently the officers made an arrest (false) and gave false criminal history to the judge. There is a video of the incident that the officers arrested the man for. There is obvious bias on at least 2 of the officers' parts. You should see a changing of the guard in Dublin.
Once these officers are gone, you might need a new supplier again.

if you notice though, the bust in deleon was not by the local police. it was started by the sheriff's office and dept. of public safety. deleon only ASSisted because it was their town.

Can you really blame them? They want to keep their jobs.
Plus, it kind of defeats the purpose when momma and daddy have a lawyer on retainer to make sure their precious angels don't have to face the consequences of their actions.
Ignorance is bliss, isnt it mr hall? your lack of info only rivals your small penise, I can only assume. It is sad to see that you are so unhappy with your own life that this is the forum you so choose to vent.I could set you straight but being the Texas Rangers are aware of the actual facts of the miss handling of of affairs and some serious felony misconduct of the "Deleon powers that be" I will choose to let this one be.The Att.Gen.is the current authority on the matter, and thats good enough for me.I lIke your dad, and am sorry for his current state of health, he will remain in my prayers as will you. But there is no need to trash people here on subject matter that no doubt you are clueless about. I just wanted to give YOU a "heads up" so you can get your head out{of your ass}, before the future proves me right.Further more have you not seen the kind of children he and his wife have raised? Top of their class in academic achievement, leaders in everything they are involved in,not to mention, moral and pretty damn good Christian kids! Proofs in the pudding. The apple dosnt fall that far from the tree.

Not very bright are you??? It is a known fact that the worst parents can turn out the best kids and vice versa.
Yes, Kyle's kids are good kids. However, I would point more to Polly's and Junior's influence than to Kyle's actual parenting skills.

I am Kathy Linderholm's younger sister. I don't live in DeLeon, but her daughter and grand children do. I feel writing tacky things about a woman found dead in her apartment is totally uncalled for and hurtful to those of us out here who love and miss her everyday. No they have not arrested the person/persons who have done this, but the investigation is not over. I hope the whoever did this gets caught soon.....sick people don't usually stop!!!!

Many of you are talking about how horrible the police are in De Leon, but how many of you know what the officers actually have to do in every case they work. Yes, the county and DPS started the drug bust and De Leon police assisted, but how do you think they got their information for the bust. De Leon has 5 cops and they all work their ass off to make this town better. They cant be everwhere at once. In my opinion this town has one of the best departments it's ever had and we should be gratefull.

I am giving you a heads up. You will find no support in this place. Kickem while their down seems to be the thing now days. Encouragement and support are out the window. Those are things of the past. We live in a new world now. Time you wake up and smell the aroma of crapola. I would love to say that people are genuine, kind, sweet, loving, supportive, but you aint going to find it here. I have seen so many things said about people that are not even remotely true. For instance, I posted something that was told to me that turned out to be a complete lie and it was told to me as if it were the ABSOLUTE and TOTAL truth. So do not look for support or truth here. You will not find it. But you will find hatred, unhappiness, resentment, and absolutely no satisfaction here. My advice to you is this. Do not ever TRUST for it will FAIL you when you need it most.

Where are these "horrible" things you've said are being said about the PD here? I just can't find anything that qualifies as horrible.

My God!
If I were sooo unhappy in a town I lived in.....I would leave it. My sister loved DeLeon and was a woman who spoke of only good things about her town.......and she had reason to speak ill of it. My sister thought "small town life" was wonderful!! Her friends called her a "big city small town gal" and she was proud of that! Unfortunately someone felt they hade the right to end her life. I don't blame the town, altho I feel some people have yet to come forward to tell what they know. If you reading this and are one of those people, please, I repeat, please, take care of that woman, Kathy Linderholm, who loved that small town and the people in it. She is in a better place now and I'm pretty sure dancing as I write this. For those of us who love and miss her, we need to know whoever did this is behind bars and off your streets. If you, for some reason, are afraid to talk to the police, remember, this will not just stop with her. You need to see justice done as much as she deserves it, maybe even more, whoever did this is still out there, living with you. Remember that woman, dancing, laughing and loving her town. d

If everyone that wanted to really get rid of the drugs in De Leon would let the police know when they see a deal going down, when they see drugs in someones house or in someones car they might be able to do something. The facts are, it takes more paperwork and work on the officers part to make sure the druggies are busted properly. The next part of that is talk to the courts, judges about the situation. If you really want to know what it takes to bust a druggy, ask a cop. I did and it opened my eyes a little to the hardship they go through just to be able to arrest someone from their house. I was also told that the Deleon police told the county about this house (that got busted) almost two years ago and due to the over abundance of drugs in the town, asked for help. The county had to sk for help form the DPS, thats how bad it is here.

Did our fine police dept ever solve that so called murder of the woman at the hotel that was found naked and dead with a plastic bag over her head? Just wondering.

I pray that you and other people keep Kathy's memory alive and not let it just die because its eaiser for everyone, including the police, to just move on and call this a sucide. Her family knows better.
There is a killer in your midst, he feels safe. The next one to cross him could be your sister, your aunt, your daughter, your mom, someone knows something. Do the right thing and tell the authorities. Trust me , I never thought this could happen to my family.
