My thought exactly. If he was allowed to roam due to her actions, she must share the consequences. He is a crime waiting for a place to happen. I have to wonder if we will ever learn the whole truth as to her actions on his behalf. Did he actually live at her place (He was supposedly retrieving his belongings at the time of the break in)? Did she pay for the lawyer that earned him probation instead of incarceration as others on this and other forums would have us believe. I've heard $57k or $58k for the lawyer. I have heard the same numbers on the street. What, short of blackmail, would have led her to spend that amount on this weasel if it is true. The goodness of her heart? I don't think so.

A cell phone and an apartment can be explained away. I truly believe this. I hope, for Judge Henderson's sake, that these other things are simply the vicious rumors they would appear to be.

As you say, Walker, I also have no interest in her personal life. I don't even want to know if there was a relationship. Furthermore, what two consenting adults do in bed is their own business. It's what happens on this side of the bedroom doors that is my concern.

But if this turns out to be more than just rumor, he must have one huge wanker.

Yeah, the talk on the street was correct about her weird relationship with the punk-ass. So one has to wonder about the allegations of drug abuse. You would have to be on drugs to have anything to do with Hank Wheeler.

I know that Mary Jane paid $58,000. for the punks attorney, David Damore, Esq. on Seabreeze in Daytona. That is the reason he is not in prison. We should start asking him questions about the career criminal and why did the Judge hire him to represent the man she accused of a break-in. Makes me wonder what else she has covered up for him.

I am so glad to see that this "witch in a robe" has been confronted. She has been getting away with belittleing people in her court room for years at the same time she was running with the "slim of septic". Who is she to judge anyone, when she lives the lifestyle she does? Has the Supreme
Court ordered a Drug screening on her. I know for a fact that she uses drugs(meth)with Wheeler. She is far worse then the ones she judges because she holds her head high as if she is above the law. She needs to be off the bench and disbarred for life.

Eddie "Bubba" Selph saw the car, and the shooter.
The mystery girl saw the shooter and the car.
They all saw Jeremy die. They all left him in the car behind Hi-Tops as they walked in the back door and out the front.
These people make my skin crawl.
Why the continuing mystery? Is it because the Judge is not the only high-placed person involved, directly or indirectly?

I just read the new entries to this thread. The people on here appear to be well informed. Hell, maybe the [judge] is in someway involved in this mans death ? Maybe the shooter killed the (wrong intended) person ? I hope this thread continues, cause I have a bad feeling WE will otherwise NEVER know the real truth due to the major players ???

There aren't any major players directly involved. Just a bunch of crackhead losers from who Jeremy, unfortunately, got a ride. The judge is only associated indirectly.

I guess it boils down to this: If she hadn't stood up for this sorry excuse for a man, he wouldn't have been on the street to be a target for someone to miss. There wouldn't be many tears if the shooter had actually hit his target.

I still think Hank was blackmailing the judge. I could be wrong, but someone would have to show me another plausible explanation.

If you are on drugs and hold a high title, you must have a low life in your address book to assist you in obtaining the things you need. This is the reason for her involvement. It has been going on for years. A friend of mine use to clean for her, she did not keep things quiet around her house. He (Wheeler) spent alot of time there. By reading some of the posts, it seems alot of people knew of her involvement with this career criminal that should have taken the gunshot.

The Judge is taking a beating over this and I have to say, I have zero sympathy for her. I once saw her verbally abuse a male public defender in the court room to the point where I felt like speaking out in his defense. But she is the JUDGE and reigns supreme in her little fifedom. According to the PDF files accompanying the article the girls in the Clerks office warned her about this Wheeler deal and I have heard a State Attorney in the hallway at the courthouse roll her eyes and mutter under her breath at the outrageous behavior of this ego-maniac. But, as much fun as it is to watch the Robe get her just due, the question remains: WHO SHOT JEREMY MARKLEY? I will keep asking this question until there is an answer. I hope others will do the same.

Walker I agree with you. I've been on the news Journal and have been reading the posts. What a joke. Two people sound just like MJH and her court room rants. If you say anything they think they know you and rip you apart. How sad. I think the chips haven't all fallen. Hopefully Jeremy Markley's killer will be found no matter who's involved. and why is Wheeler walking the streets? He was in a bar that breaks probation and still walking free. He knows way to much someone using him for bigger Bait. I don't buy the friendship BS not for one minute.

I had heard about the alleged relationship between the two before the break-in at her house. When he walked on that, it made it pretty believable. But even so, the rumor that she paid for his defense was still hard to swallow. Has to be blackmail if true.

But like you say, IYOK, there are posts on the dbnj site sticking up for her, regardless of the evidence. But think about it. The people in her non-criminal social circle would never have heard the rumors and would be hard pressed to believe them. I don't blame them for standing up to her. My posts discussing the possible payment of his defense have gone unanswered. And that info comes to me from a pretty good source. I think even her supporters would have some trouble swallowing that.

This whole thing begs the question: Is all of this getting in the way of the shooting investigation. There seems to be no hurry to violate Wheeler. I can't imagine how he is still walking ( or illegally driving ) the streets. Are they waiting for someone else to get shot?

I find $58,000 to be a really large sum for a breaking and entering case, especially when the victim (?) is paying the bill. But who knows?
