Yikes! The public has a right to know who the surgeon was, that is not a violation of any sort. HH is just trying to protect the income the get from this hack.

Halifax Hospital has gained a reputation for misusing Medicaid funds. It's supposed to be a federal investigation. Fred Costello was appointed to the Halifax Advisory Board to fix the problems and point some fingers. He has the best interest in finding the truth.

This investigation is a pickle. Halifax Health C.E.O Jeff Feasel claims that shredded documents are not related to this investigation..? Medical files must remain in tact and a matter of doctor patient privilege for 7 years. Feasel's complaint is he had a right for those documents to be shredded. This coming from a man who should be under investigation for many things including misuse of funds belonging to E.R.A.U. being redirected to Daytona State as tax write off contributing to a reported 1.5. million loss in taxes. The feds don't need warrants beside that fact that doctor patient privilege in regard to an investigation is not a right. That's why it's a privilege ! This investigation began in 2009
