Yes, they want you to pay them $4,000 to get rid of the timeshare.

I have learned that a good majority of these companies are scammers. My advice is when they call be very brief with your info that is given to them and get all the info possible from them. Name, Address, contact numbers, etc. Then tell them that you will do research and they are welcome to call back tomorrow and we will discuss the details then. Google everything you can and I will assume that they will not call you back. If you cant find complaints then you have the contact info and you can always contact them and offer the half of what they are asking to "list your property".

Please don't be fooled by make up names and reviews.Timeshare scammers, do this as well to make you think they are selling. NOT SO.....Remember the old school saying if it looks too good to be true than it probably is...... This stuff is all made up in efforts to fool people...Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there that are just scum. Call your BBB to check the company and then the Attorney General to find out about this company and complaints, THEN YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUTH !!!!!!

the comment made above and all the other negative comments. This palce is a scam.I am sure all those positive comments are from people at TIMESHARESOLUTION.Don't let yourself be scammed. The only comfort I have is karmAa-I don't know how these people sleep at night-Beare!! Instant Karma's gonna get you!(John Lennon)
To do this to us at a time when we are so broke-we ended up giving our timeshare back to the place we bought it so we wouldn't have to pay any more maintenace fees. The woman who talked me into this,Victoria, out and out lied to me,but I can't prove it because that part wasn't recorded. I am so mad at myself for falling for this-Be Careful!!Don't believe they wil;l sell it in 4 months before your fees are due-don't believe because they are near Daytona they have many people wanting to buy them. It's all just lies-maybe they sell 1 out of 100-if they actually sell any at all.

Hi/ I have acyually been scammd by 3 different companies and was almost taken by another that claimed they were a recovery company called american refund that was taking over the books of sellmytimesharenow, because they were going out of business. I gave them a $0 balance card number that can't be withdrawn from and I still haven't seen the $699 refund I was suppose to get back from all their hard work. In this world we live in if you can't put a face to the campany or meet people face to face, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!

the sales rep, keep calling 2x a day and very persisitent.i am very skeptical in giving up front fee of $500.he was saying the company will use this as incentives to the renter or to the buyer. my question was, why can't they get the money from the company? for sure they will make a profit from selling or renting the timeshare.
the way i look at it, they will profit from the seller twice!!
i asked him if he can waive the fee,NO was the response..
Thank you

Thank you for your posted comments. This gentleman called me and I was almost convinced until I research and found this information. The BBB information was extremely helpful because the same gentleman that called me and acted as if he was an agent is actually the President. What lies! Thanks again.

They wanted $900 from me up front, kept insisting they could sell it for $4000 more than what I paid for it. I researched and found posts similar to this, pretty much all the same... scam scam scam. So glad I took the time to look into it before I gave them any money. Then when I told the guy I wouldnt give any money up front, that I would pay after they sold it, he had the nerve to say "ok, sorry I couldnt work for you for free!". What a jerk!

Fraud in general and specifically of timeshare are the order of the day. People should be cautious and not be fooled by false promises about investment returns, timeshare resales or anything that sounds too good to be true. These are good tips on how to avoid timeshare scams:

This company is a scam. They will not sell your timeshare even though they promise they will in a matter of a couple weeks.
