The Daytona Beach News Journal today had an editorial about how wonderful it is to spend $20,000,000 of our tax dollars on the Speedway area sidewalks and over ISB crosswalks. The last ugly overhead crosswalk cost the taxpayers $2,000,000. The New Journal has been constantly promoting the Speedway events and NASCAR, which makes me suspicious. Does the Speedway control them? There is news every day about some race or building spree. Nationwide speedways also got a giant tax break extension, while teachers who buy their own supplies did not. If you don't believe that the Speedways cost you money, you are out of touch. The amount of bribes in the form of political donations really pays off for them. Read this article and find out why there is a budget issue in this country.

The tax base is a cash cow for some people and their last name begins with "F".

The article could be misleading by not including any information concerning an internal audit of the speedway property that will involve the minimum allowance on the tax break and giving a tax break to 12 of the 13 properties as well as other Motorsport corporations. A related article has pointed out that Joie Chitwood is under the gun. A provision loan is in the best interest of allowing the money to be paid back. The Daytona property has overwhelming issues. From a visual aspect those issues should concern insurance fraud with the surrounding properties in financial turmoil that suggests the misspending of tax dollars. This would explain to some degree the break from 2007 that could suggest an audit. Lawsuits surrounding the 2009 & 2013 accidents that would leave 9 people injured would also suggest serious trouble. The revenue can no longer be taped into according to the tax structure of a sports complex relying on local economy for support. Brian France has stated in the past that he has no financial interests..[deceiving ideas] placing full responsibility on Jim France & Lesa France Kennedy. The outcome would be shocking if this didn't include a heavy payback in tax money in the long run. The private matters of the France family remain private for reasons that always suggest deceit and how community should not be involved.

Consider the source [The News Journal ?] and the reputation! The International Speedway Corporation [as mentioned] is private and very personal franchise not disclosing any part of their financial investments or interests. automatically exclude I.S.C. Where would the News Journal get that type of information if they [Pat Rice] bothered to get it at all. From the people interested in showing how the money is being spent. The Community Redevelopment Association. In other words the $20 000.000 amount isn't worth the piece of paper it's written on. Pat Rice has to be on the government payroll. The C.R.A. is a slush fund.

Click on Open Secrets.org . It will include not for profit organization that made contributions of $312.000 without being specific to the France Family or International Speedway corp. Given this information without the mention of the France family question the validity of the article. The article is suggesting an excessive illegal campaign contribution. nothing more.

It was mentioned in a related article that Brian France will rebuild the stands for a smaller capacity. %31 = 1/3 less than it was. The compensation is of course, raise the price of a ticket. This idea could backfire. The tax break for the speedway is an opportunity to generate revenue, a promissory note that shows they have to show revenue In that article it did mention that of the 13 properties Daytona Beach would not be getting an advantage. The majority of NASCAR fans would have to be employees and their family members for someone to understand that either of those accidents was just an unfortunate mistake and that it didn't matter. The problem is handed to the taxpayers who are not NASCAR fans. It's also troubling that the politicians in Washington have remained anonymous for a number of years and only the president who is blamed everyday for everything is mentioned. Benefit from the idea that the France family is for a fact very dishonest have some doubt that they will benefit and you won't. Time is catching up to them.

The bargain is that France will make the stands smaller. NASCAR employees in smaller numbers will attend giving the money back to I.S.C. for the tax break. In large part the people who will benefit from the company financially will attend. They can receive a group rate that reduces the price of the ticket and still shows a generated revenue by spending money on a new idea that generates revenue and shows a separate tax write off. That's one possibility. Moving on.. Ted Doran as a lawyer for Volusia County School Board has a law firm that handles both of the ideas that concerns tax dollars. One or more of those lawyers must be handling matters for International Speedway Corp. How many local politicians are stockholders. Would that include Glen Richie does it include the rumor that F.P.L. stockholder McCroskey is involved. There is money laundering in both ideas.

The city officials want to pour $675.000 into Municipal Stadium. Expenses include lighting and new score board. The stadium doesn't even connect to L.P.G.A. Boulevard as the most accessible idea approaching the property!! They are hoping-- for a $297.500 grant from___ The Daytona Beach Racing Facility. It's a figure that shows deceit after a speedway tax break. The struggling project of the speedway named as a attached idea to One Daytona is more than suspicious. It's incredulous ! The report written by the N.J. could be encouraging some idea of why this appears deceitful that's doubtful.$267,000 will be a tax not designated to be a city/or county tax & that does matter in terms of excessive amounts. The figures don't justify how the money is spent or even suggest that it's honest. Those amounts could be a matter of percentage,[not an honest figure] where over time government just redirects the money to their efforts and the stadium is being used as another excuse,

Carl Persis was pushed out of a county seat by Fred Costello surrounding suspicions of an income of $375.000 a year. Jim Dineen allegedly disputed that Persis didn't have the right to that seat using and not quoting Florida Sunshine Law as an excuse. Persis did not win the position in the long run. Dr. Costello [no longer the state rep.] is following an investigation into Halifax Health. Halifax has been held responsible in a 1.5 billion dollar lawsuit. One person was named as the benefactor of the suit according to the News Journal [without credibility of facts] The related point is that Halifax could be connected to the VCSB. While these ideas do need to be repeated to send the right message again.. Jeffery Feasel is the C.E.O of Halifax Hospital as well as board chairman of Embry Riddle

As it was predicted Joie Chitwood has his name attached to a new article about renovations to the stadium. The grandstand renovation - mentioned last year before One Daytona which was mentioned in August and the stadium - which was mentioned as a part of the One Daytona project last year according to the new article- but is wasn't never mentioned. Chitwood is attaching his name to as many projects as possible. This almost confirms any idea that the tax break mentioned to be a federal tax break of large numbers, is just local government playing the same games

It's always about putting the articles together. The point of those articles would be to avoid the fact. The three properties involved in the One Daytona project are in fact a municipal bond that will entitle the International Speedway Corporation to a [local tax exemption] The purpose of those properties is diversity. The tax exemption is moving in circles. Almost simple enough. It becomes complicated with the fact that those 3 write offs are added to the municipal tax with the surrounding properties [The Art Museum Embry Riddle Wing with a third and fourth property becoming another idea. The combination of the properties as a municipal bond would remain exempt on a city or county level and is not an exemption of federal tax. The tax is forward to the county- county government doesn't pay the tax and yet will show tax write offs thru private or private enterprise investments. The ideas of Joie Chitwood attempting to renovate the speedway become a matter of convenience with news reports to avoid the private issues. The hot water is caused by explaining this to the federal government.
