Mental instability was the issue. The Daytona Beach News Journal has claimed that the plaintiff is mentally fit, according to 'a doctor'! It's disburbing, when you consider that both articles were written over a very short period of time. The News Journal is lying about the plaintifs evaluation, to create controversy over gun issues.

Another idea: The lawsuit filed against the Chief is not actually from a second amendment group however it is a way of notifying the public that lawsuits cost money, & the money will be taken out in taxes= as a result any frivolous lawsuit will automatically include a %15 to %20 tax increase according to all governments! That means you people who are judgmental spam nuts

This case did not originally involve a second amendment group. The case was initially started by the owner, of John's Appliances {Daytona Beach] It was also a case where the plaintiff was diagnosed as mentally unstable. One and the same case that appeared in conflict with the lawsuit. Bad publicity for the Daytona Beach Police Department. The owner of John's appliances also happens to own rental properties of which according to chief Chitwood are inhabited by drug addicts. This news was followed by the report that the Heritage Inn Motel was raided for having a meth lab. The owner Pravin PM Patel was not arrested and was reported to be a member of the Halifax Advertising authority by favor of Joyce Cussack, who created an argument with Chitwood because of raid.
