When the suspect shows signs of aggression & abuses violation of rights because of their actions prior to the police officers showing any sign of defense. It's someone looking for a frivolous lawsuit against the city. The suspect intentionally allowed for the situation to get out of hand. Given that a domestic violence victim can become completely dependent on their abuser by emotional connection, this case should not have been a matter for the city, because of actions that were taken by the suspect= showing suspicion. Frivolous lawsuits raise taxes. That's your tax dollars at work!

Katrina Johnson was held a knifepoint by Jermaine Green a junkie who was touted as being a football hero. Without any sign of criminal activity or criminal record Johnson was involved in drug activity and viewed as a victim. Johnson was shot by the police officers without the article mentioning that Green could very well have repositioned her body as he had her by the neck, causing her to take the bullet. This incident occurred in the home of Derrick Henry's father. Green is conveniently is critical condition Johnson refuses to cooperate. This will be another lawsuit to cover up where the crime occurred and misuse tax money! Again! No other reports have been filed on Green's condition: Waiting for an update.
