On Sept. 8th 2008 Bray & Gillespie filed for bankruptcy owing $450M. 640 N. Atlantic Avenue [@ Oakridge] is one of those properties. City officals spent tax dollars, intended to pay for the parking garage, and used it to cover extra costs on repairing the pier. Oceanwalk Shoppes filed for backruptcy after a $35M loan that George Anderson never intended to pay back. Would any care to discuss the Ocean Center? This isn't G'unna Happan!
